The other day I purchased a Tokyo express gift card it included 100 dollars in vouchers I was told this would be good at any location. This happened right now at the 12930 82 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5E 2T2 location I am filing a complaint as this location said they would not accept my gift card or vouchers despite being told they would be good at any location. Please address this immediately.

We absolutely love love love this Tokyo Express location! It’s by far our favourite in the entire city. Not only is the food always absolutely delicious, but the staffs are also always so kind / courteous here! We order from this location at least 1-2 times a week & are always so impressed.

A cute little location with prompt and friendly service and lots of seating.
Literal gas station quality sushi for an insane upcharge. If you want a roll, just go to the nearest grocery store and buy a significantly better roll for cheaper.

Employee closed and locked the door in my face at 9:40pm to have a cigarette in front of it. If you're not going to serve food until 10, change your store hours! The food is mediocre at best, you should at least make up for it in service.
