I have been going to this location for over 20 years and it has totally gone downhill since this new owner took control. The girl that works there cannot speak English at all so trying to explain what you want is almost impossible. The bowls are empty. I got two teriyaki chicken bowls and there’s barely any rice in it. I can see the sides of the bowl down to the bottom and the bowl tapers to the bottom. You can’t even see that there’s rice in the bowl! For how much I pay for this the least they could do is put rice in it. I also ordered side veggies of carrots and bean sprouts that usually come in a container together but this time they’re separate and I get charged two dollars each. I then order 12 spring rolls and get two tiny little sauces. I ask for extra and she says it’s one dip for six spring rolls. They’re 2 tablespoon containers, barely enough for two spring rolls let alone 6.
I will never go there again and continue go to Edo where you actually get what you pay for and are satisfied and happy it comes exactly the same every time. Extremely disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and neat! There’s even music — perfect for complete enjoyment! The only thing that could make your place even better is more flowers. But even without that, you’re doing an amazing job!

I didn’t know sushi needed to be eaten from a bowl with a spoon? My sushi is completely falling apart in a mess I can’t pick it up and the restaurant doesn’t pick up their phone. Not impressed would not go here again.

So walk in around 7 pm on Saturday. I get that it will be busy but only 2 people in the restaurant and one standing waiting for an order. Not one person serves us or takes our order for over 10 min. So went across the parking lot to another restaurant. You lost my money that day and from this time forward.
