I ordered a large order from this restaurant through Uber eats. I had to cancel the order, but when I spoke to uber eats they wouldn’t be able to give me a refund. So I called the restaurant back saying I would like to pick up the order, but they refused to make the order anymore - even though they had been paid by uber eats for the order and were compensated. That’s truly terrible service - I called two or three times and they continued to refuse the order. They basically stole money from me.

Food was great, I really enjoyed the mussel soup and the miso soup. Lots of flavour and really great mussels.
I definitely recommend having the seafood noodle spicy instead of regular because it needs a push of flavour in that regard. Since I only eat Halal, we had to get a veggie broth instead of a chicken broth which could’ve pushed down the flavour content.
The mochi was delicious and definitely a must try. Very creamy and delicious.
Servers were very kind and came regularly to check on our table.
7.2/10 - I recommend driving 10-20 minutes to try

They never put chopsticks or cutlery in your orders, even though I always select “add cutlery” in my order. Out of the five times I’ve ordered food here, only once did they include chopsticks. One time I ordered soup and had to drink it, and eat the gyozas straight from the cup with my mouth. I ate the rolls with my hands because my office doesn’t have cutlery. One time they didn’t even cut the roll — they cut one, but put the other in the container just as it was. What’s going on at this place?

I love this place! So many options and great quality. Bonus there's a myriad of veggie and tofu dishes. I also like that there are items with real crab and crab stick. I usually order extra veggie sushi to save for lunch the next day.

While (unsurprisingly) parking was a bit hard to find due to construction, the entire experience was quite pleasant. The staff was super friendly and the sushi was great. I don't think I've had a Sushi Roll that big in my life. I would definitely go back again.

I didn't like the sushi. The rice was dry. The sushi was falling apart. They didn't provide utensils.
This is my favourite sushi place. The only problem is that my usual is so good that I haven't gotten as far through the menu as I would like. If I was made of money, I would eat here every day.
It has been a while, but I recognized one of the servers immediately. She's been there every time I've gone in for 15 years. Maybe she owns the place, but that's a good sign! Our server was new to me and so sweet and also very funny.
It's just a lovely place.

Great little restaurant on Whyte! I got a bento box that had plenty and plenty of food for 25 bucks. The service was good, and the vibe was fine. Saw a container of ice tea powder out in the kitchen which felt odd. But no real complaints!

We getting uber delivery from this place very often, and yesterday I was shocked by what we got. We called them right away about this, but the lady on the phone didn’t seem to believe us and said “it’s probably Uber driver’s fault”, well yeah only if u asked him to roll ur sushi😂 because delivery was nice, nothing was damaged or spilled, that’s just the order and its quality. and since she didn’t really believe us, here I am to provide photos, hoping that management will see it! first photo: mango tempura shrimp, look at the size of first piece and second one to compare them, isn’t that ridiculous? it’s quarter of the actual size, barely has any rice! on the second photo u can see this piece from the side, it’s falling apart even tho I barely touched it…. third photo: barely any rice and it really looks like u chopped those sushi with an axe or smth, because otherwise idk why they look so sad… last photo: i don’t even wanna comment that!!! i moved that piece to take a pic and it fell apart, are u serious? it’s not even ACTUALLY rolled, and after those photos i really don’t wanna hear anything about uber driver’s fault! I never actually been in the restaurant, only uber delivery, and it always was on good level! this place is my favourite to order sushi due to the food taste and assortment, but yesterday I was really upset. order was for like around 110$ and it might be not very big amount of money, but i definitely expected them to look better and at least don’t fall apart after i’m trying to pick them up! the taste was great tho, as usual, that’s why I like that place, but honestly after that experience i’m not sure if we will order again cuz it feels like lottery already…
