Came to Londonderry Tony romas on Nov 27. Kicking shrimp was not kicking at all. It was a strange sauce - not the usual tangy or kicking sauce. It was dull and the shrimp was dried out and chewy. They served us warm water and we had to ask for ice twice. It was also very cold in the dining area. The server never checked on us and didn’t seem to appreciate me asking why the kicking shrimp was tasting different.
I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Went in the evening time today with my bf, so just the two of us. The blonde waitress was fine she was nice, I truly believe the problems came from the kitchen. It took 25 minutes for our appetizers to come out then almost another 50 minutes for the entree. So we ended up getting the food to go, the fries are soggy the food is just a no. The atmosphere is depressing too. They sat us in a far corner away from any other customers. If I could rate a 0 I would. Save your money.

On nov 8th out of all restaurants I've been to across Canada and the United States and being a faithful customer for 26 years NEVER EVER had I had met such an unprofessional owner and manager. I'm still shocked and upset about the ordeal when my family was making suggestions to change suppliers about bountiful beef ribs since there were very little meat on the bones or bring it to suppliers attention. In one conversation after they gave us 3 ribs to make up for them, 1 of them was worse than before, while owner and my nephew were talking, owner handled food without any fresh pair of food handling gloves (one restaurant used to exist called retro humptys in gasoline alley was fined, loss of food permit and shutdown permenatley because of the alberta health code violation that was 1 of several violation recorded) never bothered to replace the 3 ribs after that. Manager later said in my opinion a threat we will combine all meals and erase 1 plate along with discounts obviously we decline. Next threat in my opinion is manager is the server was sent to deliver a message either we pay immediately or I'll get security to DEAL WITH YOU. Another threat and false accusations towards my sister that she was recorded the her which clearly she did not proven to security at the door later on and threatened to call police. Final threat the server delivered on behalf of manager was pay now or I will call the cops and arrest all of you. At the door I heard and seen from approx 5 to 15 feet sitting at the table manager stop her with security at the door she didn't pay the bill clearly false accusations made as receipt was shown and demanded detention again from security for the recording which again never occurred.
negative billion stars is my rating. The only 5 stars on screen plus a trillion stars plus I give Personally is the server for reasons she would sacrifice her tips and paycheck which we all talked her out of it to make it right, also she agree with us and we should never ever been talked to in this manner and being forced in being a messenger. Also when she Personally disagrees with the owner and manager charging full price for not getting 3 ribs and getting very little meat on bones for 29 dollars on both of my sister and nephew plate. I hope the server finds another job anywhere else and I'll be happy to be a reference she deserves better. I also hope she is ok after feeling guilty delivering terrible messages at us on manager behalf to the point she was in tears. I wished I was able to tell her it's not your fault and your service was really positively high out of 100,000 restaurant I've been too, also stay positive and thank you for your kindness throughout the encounter and it wasn't your fault.
Even though my issue was resolved by server before anything happened this ordeal, i was still wasting 2 hours of my life over the bill my sister and nephew asking to be charged only 1 or 1 1/2 out of 2 the other bill as much as my mom's was taken off, not only took away all the positive respectful experience it also makes me still extremely upset like I've never been in my life not only with refusal for my sister and nephew to be charged 1 or 1 and a 1/2 plate but threats and false accusations and arrest. After 26 years as a loyal customer time to say goodbye forever.

I picked up my ribs, and when I got home they were burnt. I called to let them know, and I was told they would give me an order if fries. Manager was to call me back but never did. Is it worth losing a customer for $30

Veerpal was an excellent waitress
for my parents’ anniversary dinner,
so much thanks to her!
My parents had no complaints
towards their meal and praised
the affordable value given the quantity.
Also worth mentioning
were the clean washrooms,
which are always a welcome sight!

In my own opinion, I found the taste
of the food to be off - other than my
frozen piña colada, which was awesome! -
and the decor to be significantly dated
(think 80s).

So to sum up:
If you want value in return
for handsome portions of food,
this is the right place to come.
If you’re looking for a more refined taste
coupled with both updated decor
and a lively atmosphere look elsewhere.

Such a lovely place! It was our second visit and we felt so welcomed again. The service was wonderful, the food was outstanding – those BBQ ribs just melt in your mouth! They even made my husband’s birthday feel special. Truly a 10/10 experience

To whom it may concern, I picked up beef ribs earlier today, Monday, September 1. Upon arriving, I called the store to inform them that there was hair on the ribs. Instead of apologizing, the lady asked me the color of the hair. I explained that it was long and wrapped all over the ribs. She then said she would take my number to ask her manager what to do and would call me back. An hour passed without a response, so I called back, and another lady answered. She checked with the supervisor I had spoken to earlier and told me she would call me tomorrow since her manager hadn’t responded yet. Ten minutes later, she called to say, “I can come back anytime to get the same order replaced.” Two minutes after that, she called again to say her manager decided it had to be replaced today. This conversation happened around 9:30 PM, and they closed at 10 PM. I pointed out that we had just spoken, and she had told me I could come anytime. She said her manager initially told her that but then changed her mind. The inconsistency in this place is infuriating. A few months ago, I was served spoiled coleslaw, and now there’s hair on the food they serve. It’s better for people to take their business elsewhere because the uncleanness here is outrageous.
