Won't be back. We went for a birthday dinner and no one else in the entire place yet they squished all of us as tightly as possible so there was no room to even turn. The food was nothing special..8 oz serlion was very very small but what was even worse was our server Henry decided to ad his $11.50 tip ON TO the debit machine and bypass any chance to change it...and the so called service was not worth the tip at all. He didn't even bother to re fill glasses or even come back to ask how the food was or anything the only time he rushed back was when it was time to pay. Felt extremely rushed and after this will not be back for any occasion.

I don't live in Edmonton, so I don't get to go to Tony Roma's very much (it's my favorite place to eat and ours closed down). Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious. I can't wait to go back again next time I'm in Edmonton.
The food was ok. I picked it up for my Family, I only had fries. Not really any healthy or vegetarian friendly (tasty) options. The pick up area was unbelievably dirty. Dont want to see what the kitchen looks like. Won't be back due to this.

Got the beef ribs. Came out cold to the touch. Server was good and got the issue remedied but sending food back is always questionable. I opted for the 3 beef ribs but only 1 out of the 3 was really any good. The other two were so grissely I basically had to pick my way through just to find anything edible. Potato skins also came out looking like they were just blasted from the microwave. Won't be back.

Absolutely disgraceful, frustrating service! We ordered takeout and wanted two full chickens with our order but were told they only had 1 and a half chickens left, that’s fine we’ll take just one full chicken then and they added two extra riblets to make up for the second full chicken we wouldn’t be getting. But when we get our order and find only 1/2 of a chicken instead of a whole, we called to let them know politely and see if there’s anything we can do to fix this since we were feeding a lot of people, but these employees absolutely refused to see the issue! We had explained this simple situation multiple times and would still receive the response, “so what is the issue?” Seriously? Above all that, we are getting multiple excuses instead of solutions such as, “we added extra riblets and fries” and while appreciated we did not ask for those extras, we only wanted a full chicken, this is absolutely not okay, it took 2 phone calls to try and fix this problem and we got absolutely nowhere because they absolutely refused to acknowledge a mistake or any of our concerns. Very unprofessional as someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry before, I understand that it can be difficult dealing with customers sometimes but at least hear them out and offer solutions instead of excuses! We are absolutely frustrated with this restaurant at the moment.
