To whom it may concern, I picked up beef ribs earlier today, Monday, September 1. Upon arriving, I called the store to inform them that there was hair on the ribs. Instead of apologizing, the lady asked me the color of the hair. I explained that it was long and wrapped all over the ribs. She then said she would take my number to ask her manager what to do and would call me back. An hour passed without a response, so I called back, and another lady answered. She checked with the supervisor I had spoken to earlier and told me she would call me tomorrow since her manager hadn’t responded yet. Ten minutes later, she called to say, “I can come back anytime to get the same order replaced.” Two minutes after that, she called again to say her manager decided it had to be replaced today. This conversation happened around 9:30 PM, and they closed at 10 PM. I pointed out that we had just spoken, and she had told me I could come anytime. She said her manager initially told her that but then changed her mind. The inconsistency in this place is infuriating. A few months ago, I was served spoiled coleslaw, and now there’s hair on the food they serve. It’s better for people to take their business elsewhere because the uncleanness here is outrageous.

Took my family of five for the first time in years as we are from calgary and no longer have a Tonys. Walking in we realized it was not the Tonys we remembered. Not very cared for, bit out dated and run down. Took a while to be seated and only one other table was occupied. Daughter ordered fried chicken. There wasnt much taste. I ordered ribs with garlic mashed potatoes. Was going well until the bug crawled out of my potatoes. My issue is this……the waitress was informed and she apologized. She took said bug to show the manager and kitchen staff. She returned telling me the manager would be out “in a second” to address the situation. 10 minutes later the manager, who apparently was too chicken to deal with it sent another waitress. Awesome management if you ask me! Waitress apologized, offered to replace or cook something different. I declined as of course because then I had questions about the cleanliness….obviously. She took the meal off my bill and that was the end of it. Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely not the Tonys it used to be! Save yourself the cash and disappointment and pick another location! Bill was $165
EDIT****** visited the Tony Romas on 100ave in Edmonton and we were informed that this location isnt even a LEGIT Tony Romas! They have gone off on their own and using the same recipes. Anyone who has not been to a Tony Romas beware…. This is not Tony Romas quality!

Won't be back. We went for a birthday dinner and no one else in the entire place yet they squished all of us as tightly as possible so there was no room to even turn. The food was nothing special..8 oz serlion was very very small but what was even worse was our server Henry decided to ad his $11.50 tip ON TO the debit machine and bypass any chance to change it...and the so called service was not worth the tip at all. He didn't even bother to re fill glasses or even come back to ask how the food was or anything the only time he rushed back was when it was time to pay. Felt extremely rushed and after this will not be back for any occasion.

Worst Ceasar I've ever had. Pop was flat. Food was nothing special, and it was definitely not worth the final total. Only 2 staff members on, so very limited service. Disappointed, I used to really like TRs

I don't live in Edmonton, so I don't get to go to Tony Roma's very much (it's my favorite place to eat and ours closed down). Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious. I can't wait to go back again next time I'm in Edmonton.
The food was ok. I picked it up for my Family, I only had fries. Not really any healthy or vegetarian friendly (tasty) options. The pick up area was unbelievably dirty. Dont want to see what the kitchen looks like. Won't be back due to this.
