Haven't been here in years but decided last minute to pop in for a late afternoon lunch. The food, service, ambiance & price was wonderful..they had a large selection as well as a smaller lunch menu available from 2pm to 5pm...I was very impressed overall with everything...

Pros: We had the most AMAZING server Janelle! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. Made our whole night and I hope she ends up in a hospitality career because she would rock it! She was kind, friendly and very attentive. I can't say enough about Janelle! All 4 stars are hers on this review!Cons: when you spend $145 on dinner for 2, a steak you could chew would be nice. However it was tasty but sadly it was so tough I spit it out. Everything else was good. The onion loaf was bland added some salt and it was fine.Worst part of the night, the owner. We really wanted to speak with him to let him know how wonderful Janelle was. He refused to talk to us and sent a manager. Was very disappointed he wouldn't want to hear about his amazing staff and honestly that speaks volumes about his level of respect for customers and staff. When someone's great enough for you to want to tell the owner, you listen. Respect your staff and expect staff retention and honestly I won't return because of it. As well, the deadly sidewalk of ice is a lot. I'm aware it's melting but geez shovel it!In summary, if it wasn't for Janelle I would have complained and not paid but she was so sweet i could care less about the food!

Typically I'm not a huge fan of Tony Romas overall. I've always felt the food was mediocre at best. I brought a friend for dinner at his request and was pleasantly surprised. I had a steak dinner and it was great! They have definitely upped their game in the food department. I hadn't been to this location before, but it was really nice. Definitely an upgrade from the locations I'd been to before. Our server was nice and overall pretty good. My only disappointment was that I wanted to treat myself to a lobster tail and she forgot to order it. By the time she checked in with us again, we had eaten a fair bit of our food so I decided to skip it. I'd definitely come again based on this experience and would recommend for a nice evening out.

The brand new Tony Roma's near at west Edmonton absolutely amazing service. food are so delicious and perfectly cook. Our server named Mariah she was very accommodating. Ambiance is very fantastic very relaxing, while you eating. This place is clean.

This is by far the nicest decor Tony's I've seen feels more elegant, great spot for a date night . Prices have gone up on a few things (kicken shrimp now $19) beer ($12) but girlie drinks were a good price though needed to be blended a bit more (ice chunks brutal with paper straws) and food was good . Our server Mirah was just lovely.
