We had a terrible experience at this restaurant tonight. Which prompted this review. After being there for a little over an hr our food had still not arrived. We asked if it was coming out soon and all we got was yes. Then after another 15mins it finally comes out mixed up and missing a pizza. No one came to our table to apoligize or let us know where the other pizza was. So it’s now been 1.5 hrs and we needed to leave, so we had to ask again where our 2nd pizza.I understand mistakes get made. But the fact that no one came and apologized for the mix up or went out of their way to help us.. was unbelievable. To top it off, they brought us the bill full price no discount. Until we said something. And then we got 25% off 1 pizza!!Customer service is important Tony’s! And comping the pizza we didn’t get until we left wouldn’t have broke you! It would have saved you from this review

staff: hostess was friendly. Waitress was friendly but seemed impatient if we didn’t order quicklyservice: orders were taken wuicklt. Food came out quickly. We were in between lunch and dinner rush.establishment: cozy place, fills up fast, parking outsidefood: amazing salad and pizza. Best pizza In town that has been around for decades! Desert had great portions but flavour was just ok. I’ve had better tiramisu in other restaurants. You can see them making the pizza’s in their kitchen.

Worst dining experience. We had a table of 10 for a birthday party and we waited over 60 mins for our food. The food came out all at different times. The first person got their food 40 mins before the last person. The last person starting eating and everyone else was finished way before. The service was very disorganized and slow and our table was frustrated, but the waiter didn't seem to care. The pasta dishes were mushy and overcooked. The waiter didn't apologize or try to rectify the situation. Waited a long time to get our food boxed up as bills. Seemed like they could not handle a busy Saturday night. Go to Buco, way better food and service. This place is way overrated.
I would love to try something else here, but every time I come I can’t help but order the pizza. One of the best pies you can get in Edmonton. Tony’s is a suitable choice to have dinner with friends, family, or your significant other. Classy establishment with terrific service and great food.
