Great If You Like Parking Lot Bingo and Retro-Style Donair
Visited this new spot recently — can’t miss it. The building takes up 95% of the land. Clearly, someone optimized everything for profit. Especially loved the “cozy” parking lot where backing up feels like a trust exercise with strangers. A truck lovingly tapped my car and rolled off. Not to worry — the cameras on site were clearly for decoration. Very aesthetic.
Food? Let’s just say it made me nostalgic for school cafeteria days. Dry, lukewarm, and somehow still over-seasoned and underwhelming at the same time. Service was equally relaxed. You get the feeling that the place was opened not for love of food, but to ride the success of a certain legendary donair shop just a few steps away.
Next time, I’ll wait in line at the place with actual flavor and actual foot traffics

I had a really disappointing experience at Top Donair. I ordered two Donairs and, at the end, politely asked for a tiny cup of tzatziki sauce. One of the staff—bald with no beard—responded in a very passive-aggressive and confrontational way, saying it would be $1. When I asked if it was really a dollar for such a small amount, he repeated it with attitude.
What made it worse is that even the other staff were uncomfortable; they stepped in and told me, “No, it’s OK, we’ll give it to you.” They clearly knew how unprofessional he was. I refused the sauce on principle.
It wasn’t about the dollar; it was about the disrespect. Terrible customer service. I’m honestly shocked; this used to be my go-to place for Donair. I won’t be returning. I’ll definitely be sharing this experience on my TikTok (1,000 followers) so others know what kind of place they’re giving their money to. Not recommended.

I ordered a regular beef donair and a regular poutine. The donair was delicious and absolutely packed with beef, but the distribution of the sweet sauce was a bit off. My first few bites were 90% sauce and then halfway through there wasn't as much of it. Besides that, delicious donair.
The poutine was tasty but a lot larger than I expected it to be, and I wasn't able to finish it. Other than that its a pretty standard poutine.
I also got a mango drink and I think its worth mentioning that this place stocks basically every type of drink you could want. fruit juice, soda, water, energy drinks, and chocolate milk, all in a variety of sizes. They even had Sunny D!
Overall I recommend this place. Good food, good service, plenty of seating and it won't empty your wallet.

I ordered a beef donair through Uber eats and I canceled my first order and then placed the same order again on Uber eats. I actually forgot to apply for the discount coupon so the delay was just 2 minutes for me to reorder the same order which I placed in the beginning.
Now this restaurant charged me for my first order which I canceled , as they claim that they have already started preparing this order but you should understand after 2 minutes of cancellation of my first order ,I re-ordered the same food with no changes in the preparation and they have delivered me the same order which I canceled in the beginning and they charged me twice this is total ripoff off by this restaurant from the customer. it's my hard earned money which they took.
This is totally unacceptable and unethical practice from the restaurant for charging for order which was placed and canceled and reorder again in less than 2 minutes without any changes in the order.
