Quality has really started to slide in the last couple of months, which is strange because the price has also gone up quite a bit. New system is nice and I don’t mind the prompt for a tip (even if it’s getting stretch with take out), but they’re pushing for 30% now in addition the the higher prices.

So lower quality, higher price, and expect an ultra high tip? Pick one!!!

I’ve ordered the same thing for the last few years. It was hitting the $17 range, and recently the same order is hitting $20. Maybe it’s being run in wrong. Quality is another thing. It might be the same ingredients, but new staff preparing? It doesn’t taste the same. Could be it’s just undercooked and under seasoned the last few times. It did come out quicker. Either way, not the same quality it was.

Tipping, just scale it back. 30% is just rude on any standard.

It was top donair (3-6 months ago used to be awesome) and recently the last 3 times or so it’s just average and a bit of a let down.

Really low quality ingredients and that says a lot when talking about a donair shop. A greasy film throughout the donair. I actually couldn't finish it, first time in my life I've said that about a donair. Great customer service though.

Donair itself was really good, only issue I had is they put way too much veggies compared to the amount of meat, there wasn’t a lot of meat on their donairs which is disappointing for the price. If they were to give more meat and less veggies as a filler i would easily return here again as the food tasted really good.

Great donair place! Lots of options for toppings, and great price for what you get. The food is always ready very quickly, and I have always been greeted with great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a great donair.
