My father and I came here today to spend some time together and have some fun. Walking in you can tell it is a very big place and they have lots of different activities. We had a clubhouse sandwich which was fantastic and then we went to play the golf simulator. It was very rundown and not taking care of. ( I highly recommend they get a new screen and do some tuneups. We played ping-pong, which was a lot of fun. Then darts … you can tell the dart area was also very rundown. I don’t think it would take much just to clean up each area. New tape on the ground on where to stand, Chalk, And new brushes for the boards.All in all the place was fun, bathrooms clean, The food was fantastic, And our server was very kind. I think it needs a little more upkeep.

Yesterday I went to this place with my buddies. we were 8 In total. We were having a great night, until we got served an expired orange juice! The girl who served us told us that, and the boy who drank half of the juice had stomachache until the rest of the night. The other boy who drank the rest of it threw up, but we believe he didn't throw up because of the juice, it's likely because of something he ate. ( or it could be the juice, I am just trying to not add more salt to the injury). ( They swapped drinks because the first boy didn't like it, and had stomachache after 2 sips )They waved the juice price off thankfully, but refused to offer us any other compensation for ruining the night. we did some tests on the boys, and they were okie thankfully. Place is awesome, but I would likely not go there anymore. Costumer service is not great. You would think you get an apology at least, we didn't get that. We just got told" we waved off the juice! now pay your $80 don't ask for more" not sure why, but this sounded funny, I didn't argue with the girl up front, we just paid because we know we are not visiting again.I am not the person who picks on the negatives, but this is very serious. If someone were to make a complain about expired beverages, a huge mess would come out for it, we are not those people though. Good luck on your visits and hope you have fun!

Food is over priced when compared to its quality. Pool tables are not in good shape, rails separating, holes in felt, tables aren't level, balls and felt are filthy, ball sets are mis matched, different racks depending which table, score boards missing controller, score board not alligned as they should be, public cues are horrible, pool rests are loose or broken, when playing near ping pong tables there is constantly ping pong balls flying towards pool tables, men's washroom has only one operating stall as door is broken for second stall. The place could be amazing with a little upkeep.

Great place to relax with friends. Service was slow when we went there last. Played pool for an hour but no one came to take order for drinks.

Server at the front counter kept lying about waiting time. We reserved a pool table an hour and a half ago and when we got the text sing a table is available it took about it took us about 10 minutes to reach the spot. Upon arrival the server told she waited 15 mins before she gave our table to somebody else, when it's only been 10 minutes since we receives the text. I told her that it's only been 10 minutes since the text and she change her statement and said we wait about 10 to 15 minutes before they give our table to somebody else. Never coming back here again, what a waste of time. Also remove the option of "late arrival" on text if you're not going to give anyone time to arrive late

Casual atmosphere. Food is pretty good but can be a little too greasy. Only minor complaint is it feels like the tables are slightly too close together, but overall a nice place.
