This little divebar is neglected and cockroach infested. The bartender looks after you well and the karaoke is great, but the place looks and smells like a dirty high school gym supply closet. Pictured is a cockroach I found in my cocktail last time I went. Bartender comp'd us on all our drinks when we showed her, thankfully, but it seems like nothing has been done to help this place out. The owners and/or landlords clearly have no respect for their workers or customer base. The night I got my roached pornstar cocktail was also a night where the internet was down (no vlt or non-cash payments available) and where the bar had no CO2, and therefore couldn't make cocktails for us or serve pop to our designated drivers. She was kind enough to steal some bottled pop from the restaurant down below, who share an owner, but not even that level of exceptional service can save this place. You're going to get people sick if you continue to serve anything out of a roach infested building! Beware this and any business associated with this building or these owners.

Yikes. The smell of mildew and mold is very prevalent. The place is dark, dingy, smells and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in over a decade.

She is a short lady with a large screaming voice. She is unruly with customers yelling at everyone. I don't think she is much of a asset to your organization. Someone that is so unruly that doesn't want to be there I find. Maybe she should be talked with or removed!

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had, woman at the bar on Monday afternoon is the worst bartender I’ve ever experienced in my life, me and my family got screamed at upon entering because we had a electric scooter because of mobility issues and went in to ask if there was somewhere to put them well we had some food and some drinks, well we didn’t even get the chance to ask before we were embarrassed/belittled and screamed at to get the hell out in front of every other paying customer that was there. We even had someone follow us out and recommend a better place to go because of this particular employee, honestly didn’t seem like a bad place but that kinda of service is unacceptable, there is no reason she couldn’t have nicely asked us to leave, this woman should not work in customer service at all, didn’t get a name but I’m sure she wouldn’t have told us, I suggest looking at camera footage of how this woman treats customers

Why does the owner always bring back horrible staff instead of hiring new ones?? I love this spot spent many years here but he only hires drunks and drug addicts I think the blonde that worked there in the summer is the only bartender he's ever had that wasn't a druggie or a drunk. They ruin the business and drive customers

Mostly great atmosphere just a few employees that have zero personal issues and it comes back at the customer experience. She is too complacent and service is put at jeopardy. Takes much too long to serve her customers. It even takes longer to pay your bill. This is customer friendly industry. I don’t feel the love or care for even patronizing this establishment!

Been coming here for years, always will be my favourite spot to make new friends! It's low key and comfortable. The servers are great but I miss Kristina she was the best. Karaoke nights are a blast.

Come here for the people, not the bartenders, most are on drugs or drunk and getting service is difficult at the best of times. The red head bartender is very rude.
