Came to dine in from very far and got very disappointed by the taste a, quality and variety of the food. 33$ per person for a buffet that does not even have a basic dal in their buffet menu was surprisingly strange. The items in the buffet were not very good in taste like a wow factor. Snacks like spring roll and puff pastry were so saugy . No variety of dishes in the buffet. Spent 77$ of no worth. Would definitely wont recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy an actual buffet.

Dont go there based on what you see on the internet. Its not what it seems. We went there to have something we saw on the menu they posted here and was told they dont serve it. I would not recommend them, as customer care doesn’t seem important to them.

Starter was good . But main course was not as expected. Didn’t like the taste of dhaba style chicken and makhan paneer . Quantity of chicken was very less as well . Service was too slow as only two girls were working. They need to hire more staff . Overall not a good experience for $146 .

Buffet here is $33 and the food was not that great for the price paid. Additionally, the most ridiculous part was, I ordered a drink and told the waiter to not put ice in the drink and he tells me that he will have to put ice in the drink
I mean this is ridiculous, and I have never seen this elsewhere

And I don’t understand this, who puts gratuity on buffet

I believe buffet is self serve and there is no a la carte involved in it, hence why customers are being charged 18% gratuity

Always enjoyed the food but today I picked up dal makhini and butter chicken and I was not at all happy. Dal makhini was not even close to it's regular taste and butter chicken was too salty. I have ordered multiple times and was always happy until today. 4/10 for food this time

We went to Townechef on Valentines Day. I had super high expectations from everything. But it was a complete turn off for us. The food was below average. The server never informed us of paying extra for the drinks, infact $40 for buffet should have drinks atleast. Food was cold, bad, stale. Cottage paneer was hard, rasmalai we had to chew so much! Only fish was okay, naan was good. The server was a bit rude. When on billing I gave them the feedback? The boy was rude and ignored me completely. He did not even give me the bill. Complete bad experience :( and not to miss- we paid $100 with tip!

Worst Service for delivery. I ordered a meal and took them 1 hour to make it delivered that too on a priority order. FYI; I just live 7 mins away. What a joke ! Level up your game guys

Have been there twice. 2/2 times let us waited for 40 min for buffet. The second time we had to leave because our baby cannot wait for that long. Foods are good but its too slow. Will not recommend for buffet if you are hurry. We arrived at 11:30 and 5:30 pm, which were just about lunch and dinner time. They told us to wait for 20 min but turned out to be 40 min (and more if we keep waiting). I would never go there.

Went there for my birthday dinner. The food was yummy yet the quantity of appetizers was quite less as per the price. Main course was great. The server named Simran was so friendly and served really well. Will visit again.

Food is good, ambience is good but very pathetic service, we were only 8 customers in whole restaurant and ordered repeat food. One of team members went inside and talked with other colleague and totally forgot our order…other than this, overall good experience

Excellent food. Middling to poor service. The setup of the dining room and buffet is awkward and poorly signposted.

Excellent garlic naan, all foods tried were very good. Staff here are awkward and unpolished.
