Went here and ordered eggnog frappe via drive thru and the drinks were not sweet. I’ve tasted eggnogs and frappes and the drinks we got are not it. The snow was bad so we didn’t return to get it fixed or refunded but I hope management sees this and does something. We are disappointed.

Long wait for cold food. They used to be good, not anymore. $20 for cold crap! Such a disappointment. They have lost my business forever. If I could review and give them ZERO stars I would! Update - Nov 12, 2025 - They seem to have new staff that have put their best foot forward. Service has majorly improved, food is what I have come to expect. Willing to go back.

Sooo GOOD! Decided to go for a treat by myself -without the kids. Smokehouse burger is delightful! Onion rings thick and crunchy. Pickle chips are not bad. The strawberry milkshake is smooth. Pricey but worth it! 🤗

Got the double double combo and cookies and cream milkshakes are the standout items. Fries are thick cut, so that is up to personal preference. Fries could have been seasoned more and more crispy. Burger is nothing special.
Service was exceptional though! It was a bit of a wait as they were busy with take out orders but the staff were very attentive and apologetic for the wait.
Might be back to try the chicken burgers and get another milkshake!
Pretty darn good burger and Fries. The burger is kind of like a heartier Harveys burger. The fries are legit, delicious, perfect for topping with malt vinegar, which they have. A little pricier, but what isnt for a tastier burger than youre run of the mill joints. I would definitely be back for a burger when in the mood for something good.

Can I give this place 0 stars? We ordered 2 burgers without fries or a drink and one child's meal with fries and a drink tonight and sat in the drive through for 22 minutes with a screaming child waiting for our order, which was incomplete and wrong. No cheese on one burger and they completely forgot the drink included in our child's order. They gave zero warning that there would be a long wait, and no other cars were in the drive through. I have been to lots of other Triple O's restaurants in both Alberta and BC and never had a wait like I did at this location. For very expensive fast food this was an absolutely horrible experience.
