I knew I had to eat at a triple os at least once, even though I know its extremely overpriced.
$25 for a burger, garlic fries, and a milkshake is absolutely insane.
Burger was decent I suppose, definitely not worth $13. I asked for no pickle but who has time to listen to customer requests right?
Garlic fries werent great.
Chocolate milkshake was a dud. And I thought triple os were known for their milkshakes, but bloody mcdonalds does it better.
All triple os deserve to go out of business

First time at a Triple O. Ordered a cheese burger. There was so much of their sauce in it I couldn’t even taste anything else. It was oozing out of all the sides of my bun. Regular Fries were good though. Service was good and no line up at 11:50 am

Food is usually quite good. But when I got a breakfast sandwich and bit into it my egg tasted like sulfur and had clear signs it had gone bad. When I went back with the sandwich they acted as though making the egg fresh for the order would have avoided a bad egg. If there was a rotten egg the freshness of it being made doesn't make a difference, it's still rotten. I was then told "well what do you want me to do" instead of any apology or even an offer to refund or remake the sandwich with a good egg. Absolutely appalled considering I go here quite often as I work in the hospital and the one time I notice bad food I recieved no compensation or even so much as an apology. All I can say is if you plan to eat their breakfast, check their eggs before you take a bite as bad eggs can get you incredibly sick, and if you have a problem with the food expect to receive rude customer service.

I was really hoping it would be good. I have been in hospital for close to 3 weeks and I needed something that wasn't hospital food. I had to wait over 15min for food. The girl seemed flustered. The fries are so spicy and you barely get anything.

My husband and I stopped here for a very late lunch after I had some tests done, at the Royal Alex, that required fasting. What a way to break a fast! The burgers were big and juicy and sloppy the way good burgers should be. Also ordered a side of parmesan fries that were great. It took a while to get the food but that was because they were being made fresh. Well worth the wait. They had Fanta orange and Barq's root beer at the soda fountain so I made a swamp water. Just great. Those of you who have been to an A&W in the sixties know of what I speak.

Food is too greasy. Unfortunately the people that used to work there will never come back and they were so kind and knew the staff and actually cared. But lets privatize everything because that's the way to go now I guess. What a disappointment.

Don't listen to the old reviews. This place USED to be good. Now it's a sorry husk of its former glory. Prices are up, portions and quality is laughably low. Even accounting for inflation, this place is now a hard pass. Better off going to the Esso for a gas station egg salad sandwich.
