Good was delicious! Service was on point! Atmosphere was great! Highly recommend!
Food was great and fresh. We would the combo eggs and waffle. The country cream was perfect for the waffle and fresh strawberries. Our server Reydon was delightful and helped us right away without delay. I would definitely come back!
Great little place to relax and have brunch on a weekend. I ordered the smoked meat benedict. It was delicious and well-presented, and the portion size was good. And I had Revathi as my server. She was friendly, helpful, and patient, and she had a bright smile. I enjoyed my experience at Tutti Frutti and will come back again.
I rarely post reviews of places, but as someone who has been eating at this location for years now, I and good friends who also frequent this location noticed a downturn in quality in the last few months. What used to be full portions that matched the price look sad on the plate (especially re: the hashbrowns), fruit portions have gotten smaller and lower quality, and service is inconsistent and it feels like some of the servers haven’t been properly trained/supported by management. One positive, I will say, is that staff is very friendly.
When I was there last (May 18th) it was near impossible to flag our server for help for coffee/napkins/payment even when it was calm. As well, my order was messed up twice. By the second incorrect meal (an hour and a half after my parents got their food) I was just too hungry to care and ate the meal offered. As I finished my meal, a missing portion of my meal (scrambled eggs) was brought to our table.
Service was also very slow when I took some family here for breakfast in March. A friend of mine who also really loves the food here had a bad experience in February and agreed with what I had listed above.
Ownership or management must have changed since January or something like that because for the longest time this was one of my absolute favourite places to bring out of town friends and family :( it really breaks my heart because the food and service used to be so good.
My overall impression of the Oliver location is that the owners are cutting corners to save money. The decor and furniture are run down, the tables are sticky, the menus are dirty, the staff seem unhappy, and the food was just good enough (if you don't know the difference). I ordered a milkshake and the Crispy with Blueberries. The milkshake was the consistency of milk and was hardly cold. The brioche french toast seemed to be deep fried (it was so heavy and greasy) and instead of fresh whipped cream and blueberries on top, they mixed frozen blueberries into cool whip. The dew melon in the fruit cup was mostly rind. I have been to other locations in Edmonton and the experience was completely different: elsewhere, the same dish is light, delicious, and made the proper way with fresh ingredients (unrecognizable from what was served at Oliver). I won't be back.
EDIT: Dear Tutti Frutti Team, I appreciate your reply, but doubt your sincerity regarding your commitment to quality service, atmosphere, and fresh food. I checked your reviews (only after I dined there), and found that the bad reviews have been as consistent as your assurances for at least the last year. It is irritating to see you paying lip service to issues that you have been aware of for quite some time while. Paying customers deserve more respect than this.
Zero service left after 15 mins
Just save yourself the grief and don't do it.
Over all Nice experience especially the food waffle brunch plate by chef bala is just awesome.

Where to begin. Eggs were slimy, pancakes and waffles were raw inside, coffee tasted burnt. The fruit and smoothies were good but everything else was just bad. And the service was just TERRIBLE. Took forever to get seated, server himself was slow even though the restaurant was practically empty, made multiple mistakes on our order including completely forgetting an entire entree. The server gave us a small discount because of the raw food but it was still a large bill for food we barely touched. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I just have to it was so terrible. Hire some more people to speed up the service and get some qualified cooks. Never coming back.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem in southwest Edmonton - a fantastic restaurant/diner nestled beside Harmony at Rutherford assisted living. Their Philly steak casserole for brunch was absolutely mouthwatering! Definitely worth a visit.

Food was decent but it was a tiny portion for the price, not worth it at all. Also gave me a lot of hollandaise for the small amount of food I got.

I used to like this place. Tables were sticky. Potatoes tasted off to me - like maybe they were old something. There was garbage in the doorway. I had to tell two people until it was taken care of.
