Tutti Frutti breakfast & lunch

Must be under new management. In the last year, experience has reduced considerably. Twice this year I've had to leave to get food elsewhere, and staff have tried their best to retain us but they're dramatically understaffed. Chronically, it seems, as now even with enough folks to run the dining room the service quality has cratered.

Ordering a coffee takes 10+ mins and often is burnt. Getting to order food is another 15+ mins. The friendliest staff have burnt out and left, and the ones who remain struggle to work as a team.

From seating to serving during brunch, plan for at least 30-45mins.

For the price, the food is decent portion and quality. Not the best, but considering the drop in service quality it's good. Honestly, though? You're probably better off calling ahead to a waitlist elsewhere - similar pricepoint for a much better experience.

Won't be returning.

Great breakfast and brunch place, they've got other meals but idk, wouldn't go to a hotpot buffet for breakfast and don't go to Tutti frutti for dinner. Or do, idk, live your life lol.

Coffee is straightforward but always hits the spot.

Better choice for a healthy diet

Waited for 5 mins to notice us because she still talking to someone on her earphones. No greetings as well

Walk in with reservation (every year previous to this has been complete chaos on a Sunday let alone Easter Sunday!) the server ignores me. I tell her we have a reservation… didn’t even take my name. Grabbed 3 cutlery.. I said 4… sits us at a dirty table. We have been here for 45 min. She still has yet to wipe it(there are probably 8+ clean tables available) My daughter orders ice tea. She got apple juice? 50 min in we finally get our food. We genuinely thought she forgot. Still waiting on toast. Not a single refill has been offered. Oh and no waters. Usually we are given water (every single time we have came for the last 5yrs) we used to come 2x/week. But now it’s like 1x every 2 months. Also. My fruit is mush and bruised.

2 weeks ago I ordered 2 egg breakfast. All I got was 2 single eggs on a tea plate?

We miss Marissa.

I realize it’s not the girls faults that they are so poorly trained and lack customer skills and this is likely their first job in Canada. But it is so disheartening to see a community hub, be dissolved. Our favourite staff that did amazing, and held this place together. They are why this place thrived. Just so disappointed.

Always a good place to get a good quality meals

Went here for breakfast last week and was not impressed. The eggs i ordered had a snotty texture, bacon was underdone and I found roach in the washroom.

Food was fresh
Restaurant was clean (including washroom)
And servers were (Palak and Cateyna) were prompt, friendly and efficient.

I've been going to this location on a weekly basis almost for awhile now and gotta say the food is great every time and awesome milkshakes.

WATCH WHAT YOU EAT, went in there for breakfast with wife, nice place with nice people, I enjoyed my meal but as soon as my wife picked up the other half of the bagel there was mold on the underside of it. We paid for my food and left. Food is not a good place to cut corners at, please throw away the old stuff or keep check on it atleast.

Great breakfast. Traditional bacon and eggs with hashbrowns and toast. Just as good as at home:)

It was a disappointment, I had been here before and had given a much better review( a little under a year ago). Tonight however, the service was terrible, I had to ask for coffee refills, I had to ask for the toast that was supposed to have come with my meal. There was bacon with fluff/ fuzz on it that had fallen off my wife's plate. The waitress didn't give (or charge thankfully) for the extra egg I had asked for, the meal I asked for was broken down and charged an included item separately. The baked beans were watery like they were fresh out of a can and were warm at best. At one point my son saw the waitress texting on her phone. I doubt I will be back to this location.
