Went on a Saturday morning for a family breakfast. Chairs and benches were extremely ripped and tattered. Food was terrible! Couldn’t cut through an English muffin with a steak knife, fruit was slimy. Staff were sitting in a corner booth all on their phones instead of helping customers. Bathrooms were dark and dingy. Left the restaurant smelling like burnt grease it was truly the worst restaurant experience.

My husband and I have been here numerous times and have always enjoyed our experience. On Valentine's Day we decided to treat ourselves to a lovely brunch. This will be the last time we will be going to this location. It was not busy which was a suprise being the day it was and it still took us over 10 minutes to be seated. Once we were finally seated it took another 15 minutes to have a server come get our beverage order and another 10 to get our food order and over 40 minutes to get our food. Not only was the service super slow but the restaurant itself was very dirty. We were very disappointed with everything we experienced that day and promised to never return. If zero stars was an option that would be the rating it would be getting.

I've been coming here for awhile and the service I got today was just awful I placed my order in for a pick up over 40 mins and I have watched multiple customers come in eat and leave before even getting my order. The servers keep looking back at me without even attempting to give me an update or look into my order. Finally getting it 50 mins later they just took the charge of the milkshake off but still the server could have been better during a rush.

This was our first and last time here. Some of the food was raw some things were burnt. And the whip cream in my daughter's hot chocolate was curled. There was no one there when we arrived and it still took awhile to get menus. It restaurant smelled like burnt oil. Not worth the money

Second poor experience in 30 days. Today server took orders from table of three, only put in two orders and then just walked out of the restaurant. Food for my two companions came, nothing for me. No order placed as I discovered when I went to ask where my food was. Restaurant was 75% full with almost every table waiting for food. While food is good, when it arrives, it is not worth an hour wait. Would not recommending going, unless you are not in any kid of hurry or hungry.
The service on Tutti Frutti was one of the worst services. The waitress was busy on her phone. The food was cold, and the restaurant was full of smoke. The only reason why we went to that location and I usually go to the one in Sherwood Park and they have great service. Try to avoid the one in the north side Terrible service and terrible food.

We went me and my son for brunch and our server was Sukh, she is very friendly and welcoming.. She informed us of the deal of the day, and that's good to know. Food was really good and fresh.. It wasnt busy that time so we didnt wait that long for our food. I loved the hasbrowns, sheredded and homestyle. My son loved his French toast combo plate with strawberry and nutella toppings and ham eggs beni. Overall it was a great experience, good food and great service.. We'll be back for sure.

I don’t know if they changed ownership of the place because I don’t remember it being this bad. I left the restaurant after waiting 1HOUR AND A HALF for the food. The whole restaurant was waiting for their meals, and half of the restaurant ended up leaving Honestly don’t waste your time like me and just go somewhere else I still had to pay for the coffee they served me, unbelievable.
