only one server on, not attentive. Had steak and eggs which was really roast beef and eggs. The so called steak was so tough and chewy, like leather. Their standards are much lower, hash browns are now all deep fried and no longer sautéed. As there are so many other breakfast restaurants, my family will be moving on.

I haven't even gotten my breakfast, but the waitress, noticing I had tape & cottonball from blood draw at lab next door, brought me an orange juice! Very sweet gesture!

Food was barely warm. Size fo cappuccino cup was tiny. Fruit included with eggs Benedict plate was almost non existent ( 2 pieces of very unripe melon and one wedge of tiny orange).
Washrooms need yo have automated soap dispenser and paper dispenser for wiping hands. No paper for hand drying, and for hand soap they had a cheap bottle of soap sitting on the vanity.

Honestly would give a 0 star if I could. This place was always where my family would come for breakfast or just a quick bite. However after today I honestly will never be coming back. Me and mother came in at 2 and there was one other table seated it was really empty. We waited at the front for about 10 minutes to be seated and not a single person came to check even tried saying hello and walked around no one came. The past 3 times we went they are extremely slow even when it is completely empty they’re not attentive to their customers at all nor do they put any effort into their job. They dont check on you after you get your food they’ll hide in the back and every time I go I see people leave from how long it takes for them to be seated. One time I asked for no bacon and they gave me bacon and it took her 15 minutes to come back from the back to our table for me to ask for a replacement and everyone else had already eaten and finished their plate. These things happen all the time and they refuse to hire anybody for them to be a bit better with their staff. If they keep it up they will lose all their business and it will shut down. Disappointed

Our server was amazing, the food was excellent! HOWEVER After speaking with our server, I am disgusted with the fact that the owner takes a portion of the servers tips. I called other locations and they also said the owner takes a portion of tips!!
I will be contacting head office, it is absolutely revolting and outrageous that these servers don’t get to keep their tips!!!
Shame on these owners, this is a big problem. Anyone reading this should phone head office as well.

The food was good but the coffee was not drinkable. The only waitress was too surly, too miserable. She literally took out our receipt from the hand-held and threw it down at us as she walked away. We will not be returning.

STAY AWAY!

By far worse $117 Iv ever spent.
Iv been here once a few years back, it was amazing. New owners? Not sure but definitely going down hill fast!

We first walked in the floor was filled with rubbish and food.
I asked for a tea, the hot water had tiny food particles floating around. They got me another tea and it was the same! How can you get dirty water twice! Zero hygiene, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.
My husband asked for medium well eggs, they came runny. Complained to the server she just walked away.
Won’t be spending my money there again that’s for sure.

Our server was very professional and kind, but the food was terrible. We ordered 3 meals a tuna melt (which was a special) but the server didn’t even know it was an option and had to check with the kitchen, a crepe and eggs Benny. The food took 45 minutes when the restaurant only had 3 other tables full. The tuna melt did not have cheese. I asked for cheese and the server checked with the kitchen again and said it was a 3 dollar charge to add cheese. She then took it to the kitchen and brought it back with unmelted cheese and tuna on pieces of toast. The eggs were over cooked and the crepe was so hard/stale it broke when putting a fork into it. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one on shift and she would be coming in half an hour (which is an hour before closing time). My water cup was also very dirty with something black on the inside.

Really disappointing since we used to come here all the time and it was great.
