Extremely overpriced. They sell items that they aren’t legally allowed to sell like pastries that are bought in boxes from walmart for 3$ and they sell them individually in the plastic wraps for 4$ each. Their food is almost always close to the expiration date but always 2x more expensive than any other store. The store is EXTREMELY dirty. I would never eat any of their food there as the kitchen would not pass a health inspection whatsoever. They don’t wear gloves or hair nets when making the food.
All in all, it’s people that don’t live in the park and make a good chunk of money from those who do.

This is a great community "corner store" It reminds me of some of the local grocery stores I went to as a child. Yes, the prices are a little high but being the only store in a mobile home park, it is understandable. Not only do they offer regular grocery items, they also have hot food available. Their individual pizzas are great! Propane and dog food if you need it early in the morning or later at night. Gas bar as well. The only thing I wish they offered would be incense....but I am so glad they are in our community!
Just as I remember from when I was a little boy. Still friendly People with a the same great food selection and all the convenience store usuals. And they still have a gas pump too

All pizza is pre-made not cooked fresh whatsoever thats kinda gross . Why did you increase prices for pre made fridge pizza . Seeing that kinda ruined it for me . The service tenant forgot about me and I saw this !!! It's kinda repulsing isn't it . After buying several expired foods at the front counter buyer beware of old expired foods they sell.
