Probably the best restaurant in Edmonton. Order the tasting menu as you'll receive 6 dishes you .ay not order on your own and a dessert. Every dish was delicious, service was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing.
Uccelino had delicious food and good service. My only complaint is that everytime I reserve a table on OpenTable, I get placed in a bad spot in the restaurant. I always book a month in advance and I end up beside the kitchen, bathroom or hostess/waitress prep area. Not sure why this is happening.
Food was good but not exceptional. The Arancini were over cooked, the outside very hard but the inside was creamy with lovely flavour. My friend had the scallops which she said she enjoyed and especially liked the roasted cauliflower. I had the agniolotti which were nice and light, unfortunately the fresh peas were not cooked and were hard and starchy so I picked them out.
