Last week Ukrainian Catering provided an incredible Ukrainian buffet for my team at Winners, Spruce Grove which included: Sweet Leaf Cabbage Rolls, Sour Leaf Cabbage Rolls, Cottage Cheese)Potato and Cheddar/potato perogies and Ukrainian sausage. It was delivered hot and ready to go with sour cream, plates and cutlery. I had also requested gluten-free perogies which were labelled and in a separate dish. The entire ordering experience with Andrii was amazing. He was kind, accommodating and professional...an absolute pleasure to work with. All the dishes were absolutely amazing, the roast beef and chicken curry were a huge hit! Portion sizes were generous, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality we received. We used them for a work party for 75 people in late November. They showed up on time, everything stayed hot and sooo good. Even the last people in line were happy. The cottage cheese and dill perogies were the best. Lots of leftovers!
