I've been meaning to go there for a year now, and finally had the chance. The BELT was delicious, although the egg was on top of one of the halves? It was a little weird and made it feel more like a E-BLT since it was eaten separately. Still, it was delish and the potatoes on the plate were so good. The atmosphere is really loud, and that was a bit of a challenge since we wanted a chill brunch, but the service was still prompt and nice even tho they were clearly busy

My husband and I attended the Alpine Express pop up last evening. We were seated at 6:00, our reservation time but we didn’t receive any food until 6:45. There were customers who arrived after us that were eating long before us. Not only was the menu confusing but the value of the food was underwhelming. We didn’t understand the condiment cart. The Artic char was good though. We were constantly left with dirty dishes on our small table. The waiter, Lorraine, didn’t come back to our table to offer coffee or dessert. After sitting 2 hours on very uncomfortable seats, we chose to leave. The water lady brought us our bill. I did mention that we were unhappy about not being offered coffee or dessert but no one seemed to care. The music was also too loud to enjoy a conversation. The choice of music was good.

The breakfast sandwhich was one of the best I've ever had and the food came out quickly!
My one complaint is that the metal chairs are very uncomfortable and have bars on the side that dig into your hips if you don't sit at the edge of the seat.
Was quoted a 20 minute wait and actually waited 60 minutes because the hostess clearly forgot about us. Took 25 minutes to even get our drink order taken when we finally sat down. Food and service was good when it finally arrived.

Honestly, I used to come here many times before, but then I stopped because we kept getting the same waitress, and she was so rude. It's been about 2 years, and it's still the same waitress who is so rude. TELL ME WHY when we've been there for 30 minutes already and have ordered our food, we get told to move, and then people start to come and sit next to us. We move to another table, and it's dirty. We waited 5 minutes standing at the new table to see if the waitress noticed us, and we legit had to call and wave to her to clean it up. She acts surprised, like, 'Oh my god, no one cleaned the table...' As a server, you're supposed to clean and check it. I bet you it's the same waitress everyone on here is complaining about.
