Meh. We will not be going back.
The food was average. I ordered the haddock, which was good but under seasoned, as were the potatoes. The cook on the veg was really nice tho. Very limited selection of drinks and the beer is overpriced.
Service was abismal. Our waiter asked us if we were ready to order 1 minute after sitting down and when we weren't, didn't check on us again for a full 15 minutes. Food was delivered by someone else (which came fast) and our waiter came to clear plates only. In addition, there was another server who had two other next to ours but didn't stop by our table to fill out water glasses when she had the jug to fill HER tables.
Also, we made a reservation and we were first sat at a table that was almost attached to another table with a family, despite having other open tables. We asked to sit on the patio instead (which was lovely) which thankfully was accommodated.

I've been here multiple times over the years. It's a cute little restaurant with the best comfort food. I've recently bought their sourdough breads and they are amazing AND reasonably priced.

Catering review - Great food!! But communication could be better. The delivery person did not state where to leave all the cookware after the event at a community Center. We took the cookware home. I called upper crust the next day and they said we were supposed to leave the cookware at the hall to be picked up, but that now I would have to deliver because they could not pick it up. The tea carafe of 12 cups was small and only had enough for 4 cups

Sandwiches are amazing ingredients, with the exception of how they cut them. This is just bizarre. You cut either in half width wise or in a straight diagonal. This is an abomination.
Their baked goods are also excellent.

Absolutely delicious cakes! Would definitely return just to have a slice of cake. I got a roast beef sandwich and the meat was quite dry, so I would pass on that. Lastly the coffee was very bad, it tasted and looked like it was made from a nespresso machine, definitely not an artisan coffee and definitely NOT worth $6. The pricing is also odd, it’s different pricing on the board when you order at the counter vs. if you eat in, which feels like kind of a rip off

Excellent food. Everything is made in house including their bread. Mixed salad included fresh lettuce , cucumbers and vine ripened tomatoes .

My daughter and I went there today to celebrate her finishing school. We've been there so many times, so many good experiences & memories. Today was bizarre. It was busy (1245pm), we waited for maybe 5 minutes. In that time, 3 different staff members looked at us and then looked away, one person actually grabbed some menus next to us 3 times, but never acknowledged us.
We left...finally. Thank goodness I hadn't paid for parking yet. We went to another restaurant nearby (that provided parking). This place was also very busy. In the first 20 seconds we were there 3 servers greeted us.
Sorry Upper Crust, there's enough competition out there that maybe you should consider improving your customer service. I have already shared this experience with friends and family and will sadly not return.

Exquisite staff and even exquisiter food. Oh golly this place is amazing. Upper crust more like crisp upper decky on a Saturday morning. My only regret is that I couldn’t eat it twice!!!!! Also fantastic prices!

This place is a wonderful place to go and enjoy a nice meal, food is delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful. Nice soft music, you can actually hold conversations since the music is not overpowering. I have now been there more than twice and every time I have enjoyed it. This is place a recommend to everyone.

We used Upper Crust for catering a retirement party and were so impressed with the experience! We ordered the Board Room Sandwich Platter along with fresh fruit, veggies, and the tiramisu cake. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the tiramisu was the star of the show, everyone was raving about it! Upper Crust was easy to work with from start to finish, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely staff! Great food.
The Kaiser chicken sandwich was pretty bland and the bottom bun was very soggy. The pieces of chicken in it kept falling out and it was very messy to eat, it seemed like the only thing on the sandwich was a bit of mayo, lettuce and salt. The potato salad was really good I wish the portion was a bit larger though and the service was good. The price was $19 and it seemed high for the quality of the sandwich. I came on a sunny day and the restaurant was super hot, there was a small window open and fan going but it was uncomfortable.
