We've been getting lunch catering delivered twice per week to our office with Upper Crust and it's been an excellent service. The food has been high quality, tasty, and nourishing, the delivery has been seamless, and the coordination with their team has been super low effort and easy on our part. It confirms why they've been around operating so long the city - highly recommend!

And don’t even get me started on the decadent chocolate cake — it’s genuinely to die for 🍰 Rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the meal. I order catering from here often for the company I work for. They always go above and beyond for me which I appriciate so much! Everyone that works here is the best! They really put the customer first! And their catering is 10/10 the best in the city for hot lunch or cold lunch. So tasty! Which catering usually is a bit bland, it is not here. The greek chicken is probably my fav! but everything I've had from here is so so good!

The food was average. I ordered the haddock, which was good but under seasoned, as were the potatoes. The cook on the veg was really nice tho. Very limited selection of drinks and the beer is overpriced.
Service was abismal. Our waiter asked us if we were ready to order 1 minute after sitting down and when we weren't, didn't check on us again for a full 15 minutes. Food was delivered by someone else (which came fast) and our waiter came to clear plates only. In addition, there was another server who had two other next to ours but didn't stop by our table to fill out water glasses when she had the jug to fill HER tables.
Also, we made a reservation and we were first sat at a table that was almost attached to another table with a family, despite having other open tables. We asked to sit on the patio instead (which was lovely) which thankfully was accommodated.

Catering review - Great food!! But communication could be better. The delivery person did not state where to leave all the cookware after the event at a community Center. We took the cookware home. I called upper crust the next day and they said we were supposed to leave the cookware at the hall to be picked up, but that now I would have to deliver because they could not pick it up. The tea carafe of 12 cups was small and only had enough for 4 cups

Sandwiches are amazing ingredients, with the exception of how they cut them. This is just bizarre. You cut either in half width wise or in a straight diagonal. This is an abomination. Their baked goods are also excellent.
