I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, and the food used to be fantastic! The sandwiches were always flavorful and a great value with consistent quality. However, over the last few visits, I've noticed a decline in the quality. The sandwich wasn't as tasty as I remembered, and the flavor seemed a bit off. This last visit, the meat in the banh mi felt unseasoned and lacked the punch I am accustomed to.

The veg banh mi and iced coffee are👌🏽👌🏽 must try and highly recommend you support this small family business! One of my favourites spots in the city for banh mi. Had the Ban Mi Cold Cut Submarine Sandwich (#1). Was sensational with fresh ingredients on a tasty French Baguette. At $8 this has to be the best value Food deal in Edmonton! Friendly staff and has a small sitting area. Was my first visit and will certainly be back. Cheers
