I have been visiting and eating from this place for the last five years. The Philippine chef was amazing. Great cooking. But yesterday I had the bitter experience. A new lady chef came in. She is so tensed and pressured on seeing customer lines. I got burned mixed meat platter with excess oil. She did not take care on fine preparation of the food. I felt sad. Less quantity and burned meat. A new person need to be appointed for service. Need timely cleaning of the desks. They don’t provide free plain drinking water with food. We have to buy drinks. A small shop with great taste was a relief. Now the standard is going down. Prices needs to be rationalized.

Elaine and I both had the chicken shawarma plate. Huge. The chicken was perfect with a trail of garlic sweet sauce. I don’t know what spices were used in the rice but it was fantastic. There were both turnip and wild cucumber pickles and a very nice salad along with some pita. Very perfect price. See the pic. Took half home for hubby. Some and visit this excellent place

Probably the worst food I’ve ever eaten, and that’s not an exaggeration. I ended up throwing it in the garbage. The chicken shawarma donair poutine was completely inedible. The garlic sauce and gravy mix was putrid, and the chicken wasn’t properly prepared—I was spitting out all kinds of funky bits, including guts and bones. To top it off, I was upcharged at the counter: a $11 poutine somehow cost me $15. This whole ordeal left me nauseous and feeling ill. Horrible experience from top to bottom. Honestly not sure how this place is still in business.

I've ordered here a few times now. Each time i've asked for extra garlic sauce, only ONE TIME they added it (in a small side ) however that was the only time. The food is great honestly and very tasteful however im disappointed with the missing item.

Just ordered a reg. cheese donair and it was cold. I’ve been a regular for years. This was done knowingly and only excuses as to why it was cold. Absolutely unacceptable and Ashley seemed incapable of a refund so I left.
