Every time I visit, the servers are always extremely nice, never in your face but still make sure your water is always topped up. Amazing fresh food, their pasta is delicious and I order it nearly every time. Favourite place in the city!

We have been to Vaticano Cucina a fair amount of times now and always had a great experience, mainly coming here for big events like family birthdays or family gatherings for example.
The atmosphere is nice and service have always been great. It terms of atmosphere it's not too heavily fancy in this place, you can dress casual and fit right in. There are very beautiful murals on the ceilings which are pleasant to look at.
The drinks and food are great, but at this place the food particularly stands out as being delicious. There are many options on the menu. I typically go with pizza, pasta, or principale, my favorites being St. Michael, Pescatore, and Papero Alla Frutta. The deserts are also delicious, the ones I love the most are Creme Brulee, Cheesecake, and Tiramisu, with the Tiramisu being my favorite.

Honestly the biggest ding I give them is the cost of the food here. As much as I want to say it was worth the price, I've had slightly inferior quality for far less.
The serveice was otherwise prompt and polite and I did enjoy the food. Truly this should be 4.5 stars if I could, but I couldn't give it a full five.

8 of us went for dinner, many of us ordered the same meal, but yet they did not come out the same.. some had real parmesan cheese ..others had none. The pasta was not cooked completely,and was still hard. Also we all wanted mussels and we were very disappointed to find that the mussels were not available as a appetizer but available in a meal. Very interesting though as I did not have a problem ordering from a different restaurant that week, so I don't think there was a shortage of mussels. Definitely will not be back.
