Best spot for Donair poutine in Edmonton — I come here like every day!! These guys are awesome; always make it perfect, the shakes are super good as well (try mixing flavors it is sneaky good). Haven’t tried some things but I can guarantee it will please!!

Easily the best donair in the city, and probably the best I've had outside of Halifax. Low-key the fries are also some of the best around. Service is quick, staff are friendly, and they always have the Raptors or Jays game on. Can't recommend it enough!

The owners and staff are so incredibly kind and friendly, they always make my day. Love their food and the wait time to receive my order is always quick too. Love the vibes here as well, it’s so welcoming and comfy. I usually alternate between the Flamingo donair wrap or poutine and the burgers with fries or onion rings.

Great spot on Whyte Ave. The donairs are solid and the fries are awesome, easily a highlight.
While eating in, I witnessed a difficult situation where a staff member had to address a disruption after someone came inside and sat down on the floor. As a local and someone who’s worked in hospitality, I know how challenging moments like that can be. The staff handled it calmly, professionally, and with real humanity, which says a lot about the place.

Vegas Donair is 5 stars all around. We lived around the corner, and so we discovered it being in the neighborhood and didn’t realize how good we had it. We have since moved about 20 minutes away, and no where compares to the freshness, taste and service of Vegas so we regularly drive there to get our donair fix. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I’ve been coming here for three years and have always loved both the service and the food. However, today I had a really unpleasant experience. The employee working was incredibly rude throughout the entire ordering process. When I asked if the chicken for the poutine could be placed on one side of the box, he started questioning me about it, which I didn’t feel I needed to explain. On top of that, he came back to the table to confirm my order three separate times, which was strange since he didn’t do that with anyone else. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful.
