We wanted to try something new (to us) on Whyte, and ended up here. It was a quiet Sunday mid-afternoon so there were only a couple other diners. We really enjoyed the atmosphere (bright, lots of wood, good music in the background) and the food was delicious! They had lots of gluten-free options too (we're both Celiac)

Went there for the The Ten Dolla Week to support this local business. Got the veggie Arepa.(Domino). It was half the size of my palm! I was expecting better. The taste was good but I would have ordered off the regular menu if I knew the portion size would be this tiny!! I wonder if it was because of the deal. Quite disappointed. Not really a deal. Might give them another chance but not any more after that.

We had never been in but it was a convenient location when we were in the area. The place was empty, possibly due to the heritage festival the same weekend. Our server graciously explained the menu and we selected pork apetizer and their popular beef choice and a chicken arepa. The pork was seasoned well but very fatty, a little to far into pork belly for our taste, the beef was flavourfull and mixed well with the cheese but it was fairly messy and several nakins were used.
