Just had an excellent experience thanks to the friendly and genuine customer service that was provided by Juan and Lance! Both guys were kind, respectful and caring. Came in for maybe 2 pints of ice cream and walked out with 4 =)
Came here today with that amazing sticker for a free ice cream with kid - apparently free ice cream only on election day - what a SCAM
I was with my granddaughter who ordered for both herself and me. The clerk was very helpful and really patient.

Wonderful experience, staff was so happy and helpful. I was at Village for my 20th time, but for my girlfriend and her family, it was their first time . Everyone loved their cones and cups, two thumbs up 😁

In my two years living in Calgary, I haven't found a place where ice cream tastes better than here. This is probably the best place to enjoy ice cream like you're 5 years old again.

We came here for a friend’s birthday and were served by an employee named Kait who was the absolute sweetest! Everyone who works at village is so nice from my experience but she went above and beyond, put sparklers in our friend’s birthday scoop of icecream, and even joined us in singing happy birthday 😇. Village also has the best ice cream in Calgary and that is the hill I am willing to die on lol!
Best ice cream I've ever had! Been coming to this place for years and it never fails to serve great ice cream and even better seasonal flavours. The workers are always nice and the service is usually quite fast. 10/10!
