First time of trying Pho and this is soooo good! Can you see the serving? This good for 2-3 person. I love the Pho here! And the staffs were approachable and kind. I will proly come back!

Great pho on a winter day. There is no MSG, just true umami from the bone. I asked the owners, and they told me it takes 24 hours to cook. The sashimi is great as well, and you can tell the fish is really fresh. Even the iced dish is very artistic. Most importantly, the owner clearly puts a lot of care into decorating the restaurant. It’s definitely worth a visit not just for the food but for the whole experience.

My son and I came here looking forward to the food it was bland and the chicken was burnt, thinking it would be a great atmosphere they served our food with a fork stuck in it. This was a judgemental racist atmosphere Neither of us finished our food the hostess was not very friendly she was our waitress also. We were so happy to leave the restaurant. We won’t be back.
This place is a hidden gem! Everything from the atmosphere to the food is well designed and presented. You can really taste the quality and freshness, definitely worth the value. Loan was very friendly and gave us great service! Will be back soon!

Our experience at Volcano was reminiscent of our visit before Covid. A solid selection of Japanese cuisine with a few non traditional extras. Our karaage was a delicious appetizer, Our miso soups were large and delicious. My main course,a combo included a selection of Nigiri, a couple unagi rolls, and a small seaweed salad, to complement the chicken and rice. My wife's rice bowl was large and plentiful. Our guests both seemed to get a decent amount of food, and I was so full, I neglected to leave room for matcha fried ice cream. Oh well, next visit. At least I had a Vietnamese iced coffee, always a nice side with sushi.
