Ordered a small cappuccino ($4.25) but was charged for a regular. Went to tap my card at the drive thru where I was told my order was $5.72. I happened to look at the machine as I tapped my card and it said $6.58. I told the cashier the machine was different than what she told me and she said it was right and passed me the receipt. It showed a tip of $0.86 which I didn’t add. I asked her if the machine automatically ads a tip and she said no and that I must have added it. I would like to believe this was an honest mistake but I could tell I uncovered her little scam by her reaction when I called her out on it. I’m all for supporting local businesses but not when they’re blatantly ripping off customers. I’ll never visit this place again and will also tell everyone I know about my experience and to avoid this establishment.

This place has gone downhill since the management changed hands. Their positive reviews seem to be written by friends and family.
I was waiting for my drink and the person behind me ordered an almond milk latte. The barista used regular dairy milk (which they’d used in my drink - that’s how I noticed.)
The person behind me was not paying attention and was given the dairy drink.
Drception and smoke and mirrors.
Also, check your receipts - mine had a zero dollar spent / charge value. CRA needs to audit this business

I order the iced white mocha latte and it’s delicious every single time. I don’t know why this chain isn’t popping up everywhere.

Went here with my friends, staff was very rude. I asked for a drink and they treated it as if I was asking them to donate me a kidney. Brought coffee out to other customers but left mine sitting on the top. If you don’t want to be in service, DONT BE IN SERVICE

Went here for a tea with my family and it was terrible. The staff were rude and seemed to profile my family. The coffee and matcha were poor. I would not recommend this place if you are a person of colour or a person who enjoys coffee.

The coffee was rich and flavorful, expertly brewed with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, and the chicken sandwich was so delicious!!
