Often inconsistent with food quality. The coffee and matchas are great but today I doordashed and the breakfast bagel was stale, they did not even microwave it.

The breakfast bagel was a huge waste of money $9 for a chewy bagel that was microwaved and still burning hot after 10 mins

I just started going there about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing, now when I go they know what I want already and by the time I pay it’s already made! The customer service is amazing, the prices are a little high but the taste is amazing so it makes sense!!

I visited this place once, and it’ll definitely be my last time. I ordered a latte and took a seat, expecting the staff to bring it over like they did for others. After waiting for ten minutes, I realized my drink was just sitting on the barista's counter after I had to ask about it. By the time I finally got my latte, it was lukewarm and tasted not like a latte. I won’t be coming back for this discrimination

My absolute FAVORITE coffee shop! I love their caramel and maple macchiatos and their loaves as well. Don't skip out on the breakfast croissants either! Staff are always super friendly and we love supporting local especially when it tastes this good ❤️

Great coffee and excellent Bakery selection. We come here at least twice a week! The most incredible staff and owners of this Coffee house. So helpful! Thank you to all the amazing staff for looking out for all the children that come through the doors. Our kids love it here and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate. You guys are amazing! We really enjoys their “Spirulina Coconut Leche”.

This place has a nice patio but seems to be always understaffed especially on weekends. Lineup for service can easily take over 15mins. Coffees/teas are consistently lukewarm and the food is meh.

They deserve five stars for the ambience, seating and service. The coffee was alright. The servers were nice and polite. I appreciate that they acknowledged that they took longer than usual with our order because it was busier than usual. Good customer service goes a long way, things can happen but it was nice that it was acknowledged. I'd come back again just because it's a cute spot and might try a different coffee next time!

I visited Waves Cafe couple days back with my friends. It was my first time going to this Cafe. The vibe of the Cafe was very nice and the staff and service was impressive. The management was very welcoming and respectful and they also shared about the benefits of their drinks for cancer patients and the process of making some of their drinks. Overall it was one of best Cafe experiences of my life. Really suggested to everyone living in edmonton to visit the Cafe and enjoy something new and different.
