The ambiance was below average and didn’t feel very comfortable as per my liking. The spinach ricotta croissant tasted stale and not fresh at all. The barista seemed unsure of the menu and didn’t know that the “freshly brewed coffee” was just drip coffee. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing, and I likely wouldn’t return, though the cafe does have potential with some improvements.

I’ve had the pleasure of becoming a regular at the Waves Coffee House in Rabbit Hill—what a gem in Southwest Edmonton! From the moment you walk in, the bright, open space feels welcoming and upbeat, with a beautifully neutral, beach-inspired decor that instantly puts you at ease
I order the iced white mocha latte and it’s delicious every single time. I don’t know why this chain isn’t popping up everywhere.

The coffee was rich and flavorful, expertly brewed with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, and the chicken sandwich was so delicious!!
