Waves Coffee House- Hampton Landing

We showed up on Saturday at 3pm and it is closed. Their sign says that is open until 8pm. Wasted our time. I am extremely unsatisfied. As you can see in the picture, it’s bright as it can.

Seems to be permanently closed? Went at 3pm on a Saturday, even though sign and website says open til 8pm.

I have been here a few times before and always enjoyed my experience..however today I was running early for work and decided to treat myself to a chai latte. After being shocked at the $7.30 price tag for a small I then had to wait 8 minutes to get it! I was first in line to be served so this wait tine was unexpected. My treat turned into a being late for work and a hefty price tag. I won’t be back!

I’ve recently been introduced to Waves Coffee, and I can see why it’s such a big deal. I’m a big fan of the iced vanilla latte!

The girls who work here are so nice and sweet but the lady who I’ve been told is their manager (I think her name is Carrie) IS SO MEAN every time she makes my drink it’s wrong and she gives me so much sass when I politely ask for it to be made right, she also almost always blames the other workers for it which is so immature :/ I happen to work at a cafe myself and I would be fired in a heartbeat if I spoke to customers the way she does

Our first time trying waves, we only came cause we wanted breakfast sandwiches or something, we go through the drive thru, we are reading the menu and they already sound annoyed that we are there to order, we ask for breakfast bagels and she’s like uhm.. and then disappears for a minute then comes back and sounds annoyed and we finish our order, ($18 for 2 bagels) they give us the sandwiches and we are about to ask for napkins and hot sauce and Madison runs away, we wait by the window for 5 minutes as 2 different employees pass us, Madison finally comes back and seems annoyed that we’re still there. She’s like “can I help you???!” We ask if they have hot sauce, she seems so annoyed, we ask if they have ketchup and she looks at me like I’m a crazy person and then she’s like yeahhh noo in a really rude tone and then we ask if we could please have napkins and she’s like I guess. Also the bagel itself was mid. Sadly won’t be back.

Customer service here is officially dead. The person in the drive through couldn't be bothered to listen or answer questions, took 10 minutes to make the order a dnd then the order was practically thrown out the window at us.

And the coffee is gross!

Ace is new but she is very friendly and is learning fast. Frappacinno's are amazing and coffee flavourful. Lots of options and Bonus CANADIAN. Had a small issue with an order but I'm sure the manager will be making thing right.

I am so in love with their Belgian mocha. I first tried it in Calgary and I immediately checked if we have it here in Edmonton. This branch is the closest in my area.

What an amazing place to hang out and top notch service, one name won’t do justice.Coffee and food is better than Starbucks category, always recommend.

Just went into waves Hamptons on Sunday morning and the girls working there were so sweet, such good service and helped me find the drink I was looking for. Such an awesome experience. Definitely am coming back and would recommend you guys check it out!!!!
