Ordered an hour ago, finally got to my hotel, and realized there are no forks for the chili fries. I don’t expect napkins or condiments, but come on—how exactly are we supposed to eat cheese fries, with our hands?

Visited Feb 6 . Ordered a bacon burger , it was served undercooked . Patties were borderline raw , unseasoned and bacon was also undercooked. Chips were very greasy . Would not here again nor recommend.

sweetest woman was the cashier, first time in there & it smelled delicious too. she was kind & patient while i really took my time deciding what i wanted. she made sure my order was exactly what i wanted & she made the transaction such a fun time. food was DELICIOUS! definitely will be back
Absolutely disgusting. Never order from here. Received soggy, greasy, tossed into a bag and squished together food. Chicken fingers were black, the oil definitely needs changed. Tater tots were piled one on top of the other and squished together, fries were so soggy and cold they were gross. The burger had an off smell and was so greasy, chicken burger was disgusting, soggy and so greasy. They refused to refund uber eats so we could be refunded, offered a $5 off the next order. This food was so bad we had to toss it in the trash because it was inedible. It should have been refunded but clearly they work with uber eats to steal money from people by sending inedible food! They clearly don't keep a clean place or change their oil as they should. I would never recommend this place. I have been fighting since Jan 20th to be refunded. Uber eats has said they can not refund due to the store refusing it. Do not eat here or waste your money.

The workers are very welcoming and nice. The food is great! I ordered the classic burger combo which was hand crafted and freshly made. I asked for the large fries and it was a massive amount. I ordered the fountain ice tea and it was perfectly flavoured and endless refills. Very clean establishment
