Food was way over priced was told I can order any side with my combo BUT was NOT told there were be an extra fee on top of the combo charge. Tasted like steak umms. Barely any onions and nothing like the picture. EPIC FAIL! Place was empty now I know why!

The food was really good, but the customer service was really bad, The manager was being very passive aggressive when I told him there was a fruit fly in my drink, and when I asked him to replace it, he asked for the other cup like I wanted to drink it, and he didnât even hand it to me or say here you go or anything like that very rude person doesnât smile very unprofessional Rude and very disrespectful I felt very disrespected because it wasnât the first time that I was coming here. It was an occurrence Have good service that I paid for. the food is not bad Itâs just I would never come back because of the manager and if you come to this franchise go to another one
Itâs a good sign, when you forget to take a photo of the food, but trust me the burgers are fresh, hot and delicious! The shakes are flavourful and unique and the only part I didnât love was that even though I am old the playlist didnât include anything recorded after 1990 and this is the music of my youth but I donât need to relive it all! ; )

Just ordered a double bacon cheese burger, cheesy burger, large fries and a Vitamin Water via SkiptheDishes and didn't get bacon on my burger and the food wasn't hot and the fries were sogged out, not crispy as expected. Very disappointed to say the least... We ordered on skip. The burgers are way smaller. They are half the amount of meat from the last review. Lack of flavor. There was no sauces and if added there was a drop paid for pickles and bbq sauce and mustard, onions, non on there. It was mushy and gross. We paid for water which wasn't sent. Your not as good as Red Deer, you dont have respect for your customers long term. I am done with wayback
