We usually love Wayback. Did not order from this location before. However, after placing order through Uber online for delivery today we did receive 2 completely different items. It’s quite disappointing since none of us like the onion, and the burgers we have received had two deep fried onions inside. Please pay more attention to the orders.

I placed an order through Uber Eats that included one chicken burger and two lettuce wrap burgers. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was unacceptable.
Both lettuce wrap burgers had rotten lettuce and tomatoes, and the burgers themselves were sloppily thrown into the box, making them inedible.
The drink arrived unsealed, which is a health concern.
Even the chicken burger had similar issues, and overall, the food appeared unsafe to consume.
My wife and I were really looking forward to this meal but had to throw it out as we were genuinely worried about getting sick. This was extremely disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
I appreciate the offer of a free meal, but I have to respectfully decline. Given the condition of the food — the rotting vegetables, messiness, and complete lack of care in preparation — I don’t feel comfortable eating here again. The experience raised serious concerns about food safety, and it’s not something I want to risk repeating.
