We ate at the Wayback Burger in West Point Edmonton. The food looks nothing like the menu, we received a double burger. The patties were so flat. There is more bun than food, including the vegetables that were on the burger. Three of us had a combo, including tip it was a $70 bill. Very disappointing

Its my firts time i came here …definitely i will come back .. the lady working today’s on Monday afternoons , she was fantastic,very polite and help me choose my meal !!! The lady deserves 100 stars was perfect and the dish was fabulous so yummy its the best place for eat a great yummy burger ?

So I ordered a milk shake and I guess they were thirsty because somebody must have drank half of it.I feel so ripped off!Why serve it in a 20 Oz cup if you only get 10 Oz?

Stopped by Jasper to try their famous milkshakes; the experience was distasteful and not pleasant at all. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional during ordering, ruining an otherwise good day. Server didn't even listen, Customer service from owner was even worse, not worth the time or money. It was a bad 1st impression, I'll take my business elsewhere where customer service is fully understood. Not worth it

The best place!! The service, food, atmosphere, are top notch. Went there for pre drinks and food before oilers game and a concert with a big group and it was phenomenal. Fast service, very welcoming, clean, organized. I can only say great things, lovely people who you can tell care lots about their customers!! Can never go wrong with a solid burger with a side of poutine

I came in here after my orientation and ordered the appy of the tutor tots with pulled pork and the pulled pork sliders.The appy was sooo delicious. Perfect combination.Thr sliders were disappointing. Their was so much coleslaw it made the bun soggy and you couldn't even taste the pork on it.The fries were mehMy server was super nice, she did forget my fork but that's okay.Would come again just wouldn't order the sliders again
They have such great chicken burgers & beef burgers and milkshakes are so delicious. I love coming here for a treat

Stopped in when we couldn't get into the Canadian Icehouse before a game. Got a table, cozy location, very clean and comfortable. Food was amazing, burgers are full of flavor and juicy, without being greasy. Tried the Mac&cheese bites for a starter and could definitely have done an entire meal of just them. The staff was amazingly attentive and kind. Will definitely come back!
