Unfortunately we always receive poor service, No manners at all, and most times they make us wait in the parking lot for our orders, even if is not busy

I've been to this Wendy's multiple times. Whether it's busy through the drive-thru or slow. My burgers made correctly when it's slow, but when they are busy it's always worng. Today I ordered a fries and a drink the pop overfilled my cup. The lady proceeded to give it to me. Didn't wipe it off. It was super sticky. I sat at the speaker in the Drive-Thru for about a minute before someone could take my order, but prior to all the vehicles ahead of me they were super quick to take their orders.

Consistently slow Wendy's location. I have frequented this Wendy's location often due to convenient location but each time the employees are all hiding in the back. It takes 5-10 minutes for employees to come to front to take order every single time I have been there. Service is very slow at this location. Short-staffed potentially? Employees always seem to dislike working there and it shows in their cold attitudes.

Just ordered two classic chicken burgers and they tasted OFF, like they were starting to turn bad. Made my spouse sample the meat to make sure it wasn't just me and our kid imagining it and he confirmed it tasted bad. Threw the chicken burgers away. His Dave's single and the other kid's baconator was fine. Thank God the fries were okay or we'd be starving all the way to Red Deer. I've never had a bad meal from Wendy's untill today. I'm not sure what's happening at this location that they could serve something so worrisome.

Every time i buy food to this location, there’s these girls there who always serve me on drive thru and they are NOT smiling and always in a bad mood even on mornings or evenings. They don’t greet you or smile or even say thank you. What kind of customer service is that?

This place is so bad i always have hair in my food i ordered on uber eats and found the bread was old and the hair was in my food i tried calling the fast food restaurant and went straight to voicemail after i called 3 times never again.

Last two times I’ve gone here you’ve made my orders wrong. You forgot to add cheese and egg to my sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Sausage is normally overcooked. Today my bacon biscuit had egg on it but my sausage egg cheese biscuit had bacon on it but no egg. Not sure why I didn’t add bacon and it didn’t have an egg on it. I wasn’t given drinks with my order I had to ask for them after being served.
