Wendy’s restaurant at 13138 50 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5A 4Z8 has become one of the worst locations in northwest Edmonton, with very poor staff behavior and added cleanliness issues.
The food area is dirty, used paper towels are left on the counter, cleaning chemicals are placed near food, the workspace is messy, items are not properly covered, food safety rules are not followed, and this creates a health risk.

Never ever going back to this location the manager of this Wendy's northgate name JORTI was very rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Very bad experience she took my order and ask me to pull over and I've been waiting for my food for almost 30mins. In drive thru. And when i go inside the store to ask for my food instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she was very arrogant and telling me to go have a complain on your office and giving me attitude. I’ve ate here a few times and I strongly do not recommend this location. I have mild food poisoning from eating here and this is the second time I have got food poisoning from this location. Never will I order from here again.

Worst customer service ever at 8:45 pm Nov 29 I came to the drive through and they ignored me for 5 minutes after saying hello 20 times and no answer I drove to the window and they were chatting and laughing and when asked they started claiming that I just arrived and they never heard me.

we came to the drive thru no bady was answering and we went to the window they see us but they dont say any word i honked couple times they are looking byt not saying anything and i knocked the window the one guy came said whatsup and i said why are you guys not saying anything he said sorry but they seen me honking and everything they dont care about customer and rude stuff never coming this location again

One of the only places that still have iced tea at Wendy’s and their iced tea is amazing and the managers and workers are so nice
I usually Just rate the food and go but the place smelled so bad it took away from the food experience on top of that the self serve beverage place the screen didn’t work it was smudged and nasty and when I pressed the drink these came flying on the floor almost hitting me. A combination of stale fries and regurgitating smell has led me to the conclusion that this isn’t a spot I’ll ever go again.
