Absolutely horrible service. Disrespectful staff. I asked for the bathroom key when there was nobody in line and she said I would have to wait, I waited 10 minutes, asked again and she said no. When asked why she remained silent and would not answer me. There are fruit flies everywhere, when you’re trying to eat they are flying in your face. Just go to Mcdonald’s or a better location because this one is awful.

Hey guys please ask your staff to watch that they are charging the right amount. This is the second time I’ve gone through the drive through and double charged for items in the bag I don’t receive.
This is getting frustrating that I’m getting ripped off $-3-4 items and don’t find out until I get home.
I understand mistakes happen but this is starting to become more of a regular occurrence at this location for me or maybe I just have bad luck.

97st Wendy is Super busy at 9.30-10am , only three staffs surving drive through, and walk in customers but better than other branches at 170 st.

Arrive for the 2 for $4.00 breakfast at 10:30 am. and told that they are on the lunch menu. After posting I was looking at the reviews and and awful lot of dissatisfied customers. Obviously the managment does not care to even respond to any of the comments.

Employees don't know the ingredients in what they serve. Terrible service.
They constantly get orders wrong on skip I’ll be saving the food I got and going there in the morning to get them to correct it funny how they think they can get away with it just because it’s on skip maybe learn how to do your job and read the orders right or you just be fired very annoying and inconsiderate

This goes out to all my food allergen affected people: Pretty good, i was skeptical of Wendy's as a Celiac, but the lovely thing about Wendy's is that they have their entire allergen list up on the wall right by the till! Made my anxieties go away. If you catch them at a slow point, you can request they change gloves/sanitize the area before making your order! You can get burgers lettuce wrapped and they serve it to you in a little dish, which was sooo helpful. Only thing is that their fries are in a shared frier, atleast thats what i was told, so it might not be worth the risk for celiacs with a more severe reaction. Due to the location of this Wendy's, they are subject to a certain crowd... but i didnt feel unsafe at all which is good. Overall, i'd eat here again!

Watch out for the very unfriendly window person. Should not be at the drive thru window, has NO people skills and should not be at the drive thru window with that kind of attitude. Said Good morning and didn't get a response back, my wife asked what kind of bird tattoo this individual had on their neck and was told JUST A BIRD. I would have fired her a long time ago
