This Wendy's has no time management whatsoever. I waited over 10 minutes and still did not get my order taken and end up leaving. If you want customers you should know how to serve them. And this has happened more than once. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes for ordering and receiving your food

I used to come to this location years ago. About a decade ago and it was not the best experience. However today the staff seemed like they were enjoying themselves. The gentleman who greeted me at the till was in a genuine good mood. To me that makes a big difference in the quality of the experience. Food was spot on and quick aswell. This location seemed to have turned things around, great job .

The burger and the poutine that I bought was good but the Sprite that I got was taste awful. Every time I get a Sprite from Wendy’s it doesn’t taste good.

The oil is very bad taste. Old oil The number six test disgusting becauae of the old oil. The fries same taste. Disgusting taste today. Even you could smell the burning oil from the take out windows.
Don't go to fast food places much for years now. But hubby & I did enjoy a quick evening meal here 8/20/25. We enjoyed the spicy chicken burgers.. Enough spices to have a little kick & actual chicken breast meat, not compressed ground up chicken bits & pieces.

I'm been here couple times I ordered the combo's and if you're hungry go to Wendy's by Northgate and they have excellent staff and excellent service and they keep the restaurant clean/tidy and washrooms keep up the excellent job
