I stopped by Wendy’s recently and had a pretty good experience. The staff was friendly and quick with service, and my order came out hot and fresh.

Bruh, the coldest, worst fries ever & I was asked three times what dipping sauce for the nugs, I said sweet and sour all three times just to get plum. Burgers were mid and the nugs cold too. 2 stars for the excessive beeping atmosphere 👍

My favorite Wendys location in the city. Prefer drive through. But you know what, restaurant isnt that bad either. Could use a bit more ambience. Maybe softer lighting. But we'll let it slide. Give me a hot n juicy!

Ordered a bacon poutine.. they didn’t put any gravy on it at all. it’s literally dry. there was 0 rush. won’t be going back 🤷🏽♀️

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I went to Wendy’s and ordered a double JBC, planning to redeem my reward for a free Dave’s Double. The cashier scanned my rewards once, it didn’t show up, and she immediately said she couldn’t scan it again because “it’s against the system.” She was rude and completely unaccommodating from the start.
I even asked if it would help to cancel my order and start over, but she flat-out refused, saying she couldn’t do that either. There was no effort to find a solution, no explanation of why the system works this way, and no attempt to make the situation right. On top of losing my reward, I didn’t even get points for this purchase, so it’s like it never happened in the app.
I walked out feeling like I wasted my time and money, and left with the impression that this location does not value customers or their loyalty program. If this is how they handle rewards and customer concerns, I won’t be coming back - and I’d warn others to avoid this location unless you want the same frustration. Wendy’s seriously needs to improve their customer service training.

Service and level of care for this place is slowly slipping downwards. Please let people know that if they order Chili and you do not have any spoons, show your customers please how to use their hands to scoop up the chili. No ice left? no problem, please tell your customers that warm pop taste better if you pour it over your head.
