I had a very bad stomach pain and fever like after I had a Dave's single combo on Thursday 5th 2024. I strongly believe that was from lack of hygiene or bad food handling. I am just wondering if restaurants in edmonton get inspected by the regional health authorities or not to avoid incidents like this, because this is my second time and now I am starting to develop a phobia about eating outside . It's was a nightmare for me but I am alive . I hope someone in charge take some positive action in all over the city.cause hygiene is going down the drain in some food establishment.

There is always something wrong when going thru drive thru. Either no ketchup when you specifically ask for extra ketchup. Fries are cold, no straw for your drink.
Drive-Thru needs better quality control, it's so frustrating when you get to where your going to find out your order is wrong, yet again.

Went for a quick late lunch, dine in area only had me, one other guy and a quiet drive in. I waited to place my order staff just looked at me while the manager paced around the dining area, talked loudly on his cell phone speaker and hacked/coughed-really gross. When I did get an order in sat down to eat and the managers pacing, cell phone loud talking/yelling and hacking continued and at onetime he stood directly behind me. Dining area emptied really quickly and chased away customers. Hopefully someone -the owner says something to his staff or lose customers.

Ordered a new garlic mushroom burger. Was awfully good till I tried to bite into the paper that separated the cheese slices in the package. Somehow left in the burger. Food quality has been poor lately and doesn't seem to be getting better.

Had a coupon for 2 spicy chicken combos for 15.49 , I wasn't paying attention, I ended up paying 27 bucks . For reheated fries n a cold sandwich. I'll never go to this place again

This Wendy's is the worst. They never accept the deals on the app which can't be legal. They scan the app then tell me it doesn't work. The woman in front of me was trying to use her coupon for a free small chilli with any purchase. They would not accept it even though she purchased a junior frosty. She had to stand there and argue for 5 minutes before they gave her a free chilli. Then I tried to use the points on my app to get a free son of baconator and they told me to go to another Wendy's!!!! So I paid for it instead of using points then got home to realise they gave me a chicken sandwich. I will probably notify the better business bureau because what this location is doing is wrong. There have been multiple times that they would not accept deals from the app, not just this time.
