Be prepared if you order the cheddar fries, it’s more like cheese soup with some fries in it. We weren’t able to eat it. To the lady working at the drive-through, when I tell you that we didn’t get a fork and knife for our cheese loaded potato, I prefer that you not try and stretch your neck into our vehicle and look around to see if I’m trying to scam a fork and knife. Really. To the Packers, you missed putting the plum sauce in. It was on a receipt, but not in the bag. It’s disappointing to a five-year-old when they get their nuggets with no dipping sauce. Lastly, wasn’t oblivious to your little tactic with the water. At the wicket, I asked for 3 cups of ice water, some places give it for free and other places charge 20 or so since per cup. All fair. My total went from $24.90 to 28.00. After I tapped my card, I asked why the increase. You said that you had charged one dollar per cup of water. I told you I didn’t want the water in that case. Then you held up a small cup and said we give these for free. I replied great, we will take three please. And you passed me a Toonie. Do the math. All franchises are trying to save money, but not that way. Then the kicker, I got home, I was disappointed my kid didn’t enjoy his nuggets and disappointed about the cheese fries and irritated about “the toonie” so I decided to call the store. Because I thought it’s petty to leave a Google overview . The proper process is to try and rectify things and let someone know. Lady answers, I asked her if I could speak to a manager. Long pause., she says that she is the manager. I had a weird feeling. Again, I confirmed, are you the store manager? Yes she says. Then she goes on to say that she’s on her break. I gave her my name and phone number and said please call me back at your convenience. I’d like to discuss an order I wasn’t happy with. A few minutes later, the phone rings. Again, I asked her, you are the store manager, correct? Hesitation, and she confirms yes she’s a store manager. But she wouldn’t tell me her name. Somehow my gut told me that she wasn’t the manager. So I gave her an out, and worded it differently. I asked, just for my clarification and document, are you the shift manager or the store manager? Anyhow, in the end, she finally told me that she’s not a manager, and that her manager Lanonee (Guarenteed that’s not spelled right) would be in at 9 in morning. And that she also would be speaking with her at 9 o’clock tonight. And asked me to tell her the situation. As I did. And the reason there’s a Google review was because I got nowhere with that. She listened to me. Pulled up my receipt. Went over every single item. Said she would tell her staff to be more careful in diligent to not to forget to put things in. Dismissed my disappointment with the cheese fries. Did not offer the correct change I was owed. Instead, went on to say that the store gives a free cup of water if it’s one person, but if it’s three, they charge per cup. It sounds like everyone just makes up their own thought regarding the cups of water. As the girl serving me at the wicked had said the large cups of water charged a dollar a cup, but the small cups of water are free. I just wanted honesty, the food I paid for and some utensils to eat it with. And not being questioned like she’s doubting me when I tell her there’s no fork and knife to eat the baked potato with. I’m surprised she didn’t ask me to pass her back to the bag so she could rummage through it. She probably wanted to. We love Wendy’s food, and thankfully there are other locations that we can support.

Drive through sucks sliding etc get that problem fixed Did someone take a bite out of the burger before wrapping it??? Aren't these burgers supposed to be square? I was going to take the tomato off and adjust it when I saw this cheese was melted so if the restaurant can prove me that they are squared not like that disgusting restaurant You deserve zero stars

Each layer of a ‘Baconator’ should have bacon, not just a top layer (like your poster and that most Wendy’s serve that way), other than that, it was delicious. Quick service. Friendly staff. Plenty plenty of parking. Easy drive-through. Good prices, especially when you have coupons lol.
