I’ve gone to this Wendy’s for years, and for years it was a typical Wendy’s, you get the average of what you pay for.Now I get sick every time I eat here, which is obviously not frequent because of that.I think their fry oil has gone bad, because this place consistently destroys my guts.The service is terrible, dining room or drive thru, and it’s never clean inside.I wouldn’t miss this location one bit.

Just got done ordering at the drive thru tonight. A woman very quickly asked, what I wanted. I stated a baconator no mayo. Got to the window, where a guy seemed more concerned with poking and rough housing with a female behind the counter then serving food. He opened the window and asked what kind of food I ordered, I told him the order again. He then proceeded to play fight with the woman before handing me a bag of food and a drink. I asked him again if that was my order, he said yes. Guess what…….. got home and it was a chicken sandwich.I hope in the future the staff can take the time to focus, slow down and ensure accuracy. Save the flirting and rough housing for break times.

Was in edmonton and dont live there. Was grabbing food for a long trip home. Iced tea was more water flavored then anything else. Bacon on my baconator was sub par to what im used to in grande prairie. By the time i realized they forgot 25% of my order was too late to turn around. Did drive through around 2300 on way out of edmonton. Would not recommend this location.

Food is fine but I asked for a grilled ceasee salad. And was given it with ranch dressing...
Every other time I get drive-through here, they forget to give us a sandwich. Would be good quality if they slowed down and made sure orders were correct. I do not recommend this

Dirty and nasty restaurant. Drink machine out of drinks, no ketchup, dirty tables, dirty washrooms, lights turned off. Owner should lose their franchise. This place is a dump. Avoid!!!
