This is my go to Wendy's since I'm working night shift. I was satisfied with the way, the staff handled and served my order at the drive thru. It was Friday August 8, 2025 at 10pm the Lady manager even ask me how's my day? simple gesture and greetings can change the mood of a person. She look tired and exhausted but managed to ask the customer how's your day. I didn't pay for the bag, but due to her courtesy she placed my order in a small bag. The food was great, the nuggets and fries was hot and fresh. I never got a chance to ask her name, but I am happy and satisfied with the way she handled the services. Sometimes it's up to us how others want us to be treated. if your rude and not well mannered do you think they will tolerate rudeness? remember those people who works in a food chain are human too and have feelings.

Got excited with this new grilled cheese burger. So I picked one up from this location. One of the worst burger, probably the way they assembled it. Three buns all I was eating just carb. Terrible. I bet it's the location not the wendys.

The very last time I visit this place. Take out food goes in a bag and when you charge for a bag that should hold you burgers and fries that is to your demise and like many others We will not return to be ripped off for a paper bag that should come automatically holding my food. Never again will we darken your drive thru.

I love Wendy's, but there's something seriously wrong with this location. It's very poorly managed. The dining room is a mess, and the self-service pop machine has been broken for months. It's never working properly. The staff is nowhere to be found. I had to call out into the empty kitchen just to get someone's attention. I saw several other people having to do the same thing. The coffee was old and stale, and the food wasn't up to Wendy's standards. The quality is definitely not the same as at other locations. I'm going to have to start going to a different Wendy's from now on.
