not sure how this Wendy's has continued to exist after screwing up so many orders, plus they are not very friendly I've never consistently had to check my bag at the drive through window before I leave because there would always be something missing stuff is constantly messed up, things forgotten, no cutlery its funny because the Wendy's on 97th is never this bad

Worst Wendy’s in the city. I’ve never gotten my order in a reasonable amount of time, they’ve always got about crazy amount of employees, and yet manage to take 5+ minutes to assemble a cheeseburger.

FIX YOUR DRINK MACHINE. I’m tired of my icedtea tasting gross. We literally drive downtown to get Wendy’s and we live two blocks away from this one that’s how bad it is.

Workers can not count past 6 and understand simple English. Idk how many times I had to repeat a simple order and had to teach them the numbers 7 and 8 so i can get the amount of burgers I ordered! Also they don't like to change their gloves after touching their hair or beards. Good thing I was watching him!
