FIX YOUR DRINK MACHINE. I’m tired of my icedtea tasting gross. We literally drive downtown to get Wendy’s and we live two blocks away from this one that’s how bad it is.

Workers can not count past 6 and understand simple English. Idk how many times I had to repeat a simple order and had to teach them the numbers 7 and 8 so i can get the amount of burgers I ordered! Also they don't like to change their gloves after touching their hair or beards. Good thing I was watching him!

I went to get a cheeseburger. They did not have the ingredients to make it. Seems like a pretty basic requirement of a Wendy's.
Was dining in at this location last night and all I can say is … wow. There were about 5-6 staff that were running all over the place, looking confused. Took forever for someone to greet us then waited again for someone to take our order. The floor by the pop machine was so sticky and dirty, you pretty much had to yank your foot up to walk, that’s how sticky it was. Such a mess around that area with garbage. Every table had food residue on it and didn’t looked like it was washed through the day at all, don’t even get me started on the one available bathroom.. hair in the sink, dirt everywhere, toilet disgustingly dirty. Will gladly drive further to different locations if ever wanting Wendy’s.

I won't be coming here again... I pull up to the drive thru and no one wants to come on the speaker. Then I had to wait a very long time for my food, which the order was messed up. They also got my coffee wrong, it came out waaay too sweet.

The restaurant was filthy, and the staff were overrun and not paying attention when eat-in guests were coming in. The bathrooms were dirty and gross.

If I can put 0 stars I would. Worst customer service and food ever. They packed food that’s not even edible. My husband ordered 10 piece nuggets and they gave us 3 STRIPS AND 3 nuggets which were BURNT! It’s like they picked them out of the garbage and put it in the bag and thought we wouldn’t notice. They forgot the large fries we ordered and made the rest of the order wrong. I’m sorry you wanna put staff working at night make sure they’re awake and alert. The manager didn’t help what’s so ever. We got shut down. This is prolly the worst Wendy’s in Edmonton. I do not recommend. Franchise should consider to make changes to this location.
