Yeah staff are pretty rude. They don’t really interact with customers just talk to each other laughing and ignoring the customer at the drive thru. Would not recommend this location you’re better off going to LITTERALLY any other Wendy’s in the city. Also placing an order thru the app doesn’t matter here cause you still gotta wait for them to start making the food
Twice now I've gotten crunchy, over cooked burgers.
Came here at 5:30 horrible service guy working at the window I couldn’t understand the name “Gurvinde” wearing a blue shirt I spent over 60$ they messed up my order. It was supposed to be mediums. They gave me small. I told the guy that I ordered a medium. He said you know you didn’t. I said OK charge me for the rest. I also asked for a tray for my three drinks in the beginning he said there’s no trays and then he handed me a tray and I asked him. I thought there’s no trays and he said there’s one. I normally don’t even believe reviews but honestly after a long day of work coming to Wendy’s and receiving attitude like that was horrible Maybe someone that actually has customer service skills should be put at the window
Can't place a order without getting cut off while talking. Worked on the window doesnt speak English properly. Asked for no bacon and all my burgers had bacon in them. The fries were not cooked and cold

Absolute terrible customer service. They get your meal wrong, so you get ripped off. I made a point to call (spoke to sook) and was promised a replacement. Went to get the replacement, and was told someone already got it. Spoke to someone again (“male manager”) and was told for sure it will be there and to come in to the actual store. Well I did that and they argue with me and will only replace part of the meal. What an absolute embarrassment all the way around. Might have to have a chat with employees about customer service. You don’t rip people off and then treat them like they did something wrong. I took nothing and will not return.

Preed wouldnt fulfill my offer made me pay $7 for 2 trash frosty-cuino. Will never go to this Wendy’s every again. My buisness will be taken to Burger King.
