Incompetent staff. Cannot even get a simple order right on a good day. A simple order has been messed up multiple times over and over again. And not only that they didn’t even make my replacement order correctly. Their “manager” Karen is a joke. How she got that position with the attitude and demeanour she’s got is beyond me. Gives you attitude and smirks thinking that the issue, and their incompetence is a joke, like I haven’t got better things to do than wait again to get my order remade and deal with a smart mouthed attitude filled “manager” that is as unwilling to help as she is useful. And on top of that, won’t give out any information on how to go above her to escalate a complaint (which is your JOB). Head office has also been told about her attitude and the level of “customer service” this place provides. Dont waste your time with this place. won’t be back.

I was at this restaurant early this morning to get breakfast. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff serving me.Not at all friendly.I hope the service improves but im definitely not impressed with the service. Im not looking forward to coming to this restaurant at all.

Travis gave us our order. Very Friendly and helpful! A great staff member on your team (give him a raise!).

my wife & I decided to try Wendys at Winterburn road, and surprizingly not busy in the morning, when the service & food is good.
compared with the service & food of Wendy's at 170street & 97 ave, this Wendy's Winterburn is far efficient & superior.

I would pick another location over going to this one. The service is slow and the drive-thru employees are rude. I've been here several times and the experience is always poor. Cold food, slow service, rude employees. Won't be going here anymore.

Went to try the Grilled cheese cheeseburger at the drive thru. Well lets just say it came out less than a minute after i ordered it. The grilled cheese sandwich parts were cold and not melted. If i wanted a cheese slice sandwich i would’ve asked for one. Be better take the time to deliver what you advertise. Not sure if i will try it again if i do i will be bringing it back to the counter till you get it as advertised 👎
