I bought kid’s meal with toys but they gave me a tiny book with butterflies pictures that my son didn’t like it and cried. It is unacceptable that they started cheating kids.

I’ve been coming here for years as my go to fast food option and I have never had a bad meal. It’s always fast and hot/fresh. Staff are always great.

I went to drive thru, I asked for a junior cheeseburger deluxe, a junior bacon cheeseburger deluxe, and a 6 piece nuggets. The person taking my order totally messed it. I had to go inside and she still messed it up. And she's saying that she just punched what I said, which is totally different. I don't want to argue to someone who thinks they can't be wrong. I have worked in this business as well and I never acted this way in front of the customer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else instead.

Everytime we go through this drive thru they mess up our order. We order three Burgers we get 2. We order a taco salad meal with fries we get no fries. You get it now. Fair to say we won't be back to this Wendy's. We tried. I love Wendys but if you just can't get a simple order right will spend our money else where.

Lol this is stupid bit I ordered a number 8 (breakfast biscuit with sausage egg and cheese) and i kid u not when i opened it when I left it was just the biscuit and egg and nothing else. No sausage, no cheese, no sauce. Shi was dry as hell. I checked my receipt and I didn’t say any modifications just a number 8. Disappointed to say the least ? but the place was cold so ig it made it better lol?

Wendy's seriously has to fix the way they punch in the snack wraps they are selling you. Twice now (at 2 different locations) I have paid for 2 of the Dual Snack Wrap menu items that cost 6.99 each and only received a total of 2 snack wraps. For each 6.99 item you are supposed to get 2 wraps. So if I pay for 2 of those menu items, I am supposed to get 4 wraps. I think the Dual Snack Wraps is what appears on the kitchen screen, sure, but I think they just register it as 1 wrap, they don't read the "dual" part.
This second time happened tonight after going thru the drive-thru. I asked for 4 Spicy Chicken Wraps, and saw them punch it in on the screen as 2x Dual Wraps at 6.99 each. Got my bag at the window, then went home. Only to find just 2 wraps in my bag, not 4. No receipt in the bag or anything. How am I supposed to go back now and prove that I paid for these wraps? Just take the Dual Wraps off the menu, and if someone orders 4 wraps, punch in 4 individual wraps cause the whole "Dual" thing seems to confuse the kitchen.

I am going to preface, I have worked in customer service for the better part of my working career, I still do and as such, I treat all customer service workers with kindness as I hope for the same in return. This restaurant among MANY other chain restaurants have fallen short on hiring QUALITY staff members. Does no one care anymore? YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.… Smile or at the very least treat customers with respect. If your job makes you that miserable, find something else because you 1000% should not be taking orders or dealing with customers directly. The staff at this location are sad, grumpy and just do NOT want to be there.
