Food was alright burgers were hot but the fries were warm at best. Only have 1 working bathroom and it's a disaster. The guy at the counter had an attitude like ordering food was an inconvenience for him. 2 years later still the worst experience I have had at any fast food place.

Ordered 6 orders of chicken nuggets and 6 drinks and one kid sized fries. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant and the nuggets were like warm and the fries were old cold and inedible. Why would you send old fries out???? Is my money and loyalty worth nothing to you? My husband had a bacon cheeseburger the other day as well and he thought the bacon was going to break his teeth it was so hard. Do better Wendy’s. For your neighbourhood.

I waited 20 minutes for four wraps. When I finally got them, there was only three so I had to go all the way through the drive-through and the Manager) literally had the audacity to say that I was lying and that she won’t give me another. I love Wendy’s but this establishment is so bad

Went for a quick supper bite here, ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals, Fries were barely lukewarm and limp, made well before we ordered and the sandwich was warm at best. The staff were not very interested in first taking our order and not very friendly. This I would consider the worst Wendy's in the Edmonton Area. Not sure how it is getting so many (wink wink ) positive reviews (Relatives??)

Today I purchased a Baconator from Wendy’s along with a strawberry lemonade, and I had a great experience both with the food and the customer service. The Baconator was delicious—two juicy beef patties stacked with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, all held together by a soft bun. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and perfectly balanced, a great complement to the rich burger.
The customer service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and quick. They served my meal promptly and with a smile, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, the combination of tasty food and warm, efficient service made my Wendy’s visit a very positive one.
Today I tried a spicy chicken combo from Wendy's, and I'm genuinely impressed not just by the food but by the outstanding service provided by the employee noor, greeted me warmly and served everything quickly with a friendly smile. The meal was freshly prepared. The chicken was hot, crispy. I really enjoyed it.

Very bad customer service, they don’t answer any phone calls.Wrong hours are posted online & they won’t fix it after multiple complaints. Always sloppy presentation. I recommend the Windermere (Currents Dr) location

Food ordered via Skip. It arrived and EVERY ITEM WAS GROSS. Chicken was dry and cold. Burger was disgusting, vegetables were awful and practically unrecognizable as food. Fries were cold. Poutine was gross. HOW CAN YOU SCREW UP FRIES AND GRAVY? Skip gave a partial refund but it’s obvious that this location does not care prvare incompetent or probably both. Dave would be ashamed of this whole setup. Avoid at all costs unless you like diarrhea and wasting your money.
