I came at drive thru some days ago around 11:30 am in the morning there was a lady whose name is raj i asked her that are you guys serving lunch and she said no then she laughed loudly and said yes we have lunch. What is this behaviour of the staff here?

Don't bother if you have to go inside, staff basically ignores you at the counter. The last time I walked out and that was the last time.

We ordered 2 Bacon Mushroom burger (seasonal burger) for takeout as soon as I saw it was available. Unfortunately, when we got home and took a bite, it was unbearably salty—so much that I felt my kidneys cry! I’ve had this burger in the past, and it was never this salty. Really disappointed

This Location SUCKS, employees are extremely unprofessional and rude they don’t know nothing about customer service. I worked in this industry for 20 + years and I would never hire these people. They need to be fired. I ordered from them 3 times in a row on DoorDash and Each time they forgot to add my toppings to my burger. But this last time I went in person out of my way to return my order especially since I’m paying an arm and a leg through DoorDash so please get my order right …. They refused to remake my order I showed them my app & EXACTLY what I had ordered, at the end of this interaction I left with nothing but was still out around $20 this was such an inconvenience and they did nothing about it I hope they encounter such rude and unprofessional customer service, in their near future :). I will NOT waste my money on them again even though I’m probably the only person keeping them in business…

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. The staff members were extremely rude and made false accusations, which left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Their behavior was unprofessional, and the service was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it’s truly one of the worst locations I’ve visited. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! One of the team member was swearing to a student, unbelievable!

Went there around 2pm to pick a order for uber eats and first five minutes no one came to ask for anything then all three employees (all girls) yelling each other about food in their language no English nothing then one of them came and gave me my order without any hi,hello,thanks my humble request is that at least when any manager hired that kind of clowns just teach them manners please. Thank you

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The coffee was incredibly bitter and tasted burnt, with an off-putting aroma and a horrible aftertaste. I couldn't even finish my cup. The food was no better—bland, cold, and overpriced. The service was slow and unprofessional, with the staff seeming uninterested and inattentive. The atmosphere was also disappointing, with a noisy and uncomfortable setting. Overall, it was a huge disappointment and not worth the visit. I won't be coming back."

Drive Through, Order a # 2 combo with large chocolate frosty, and side order of Cesar salad. Got a # 1, with a large chocolate frosty, side order of fries, and they charge me for a full Cesar salad. I complained about it, and they said that the combo doesn’t come with side order of Cesar salad, which is false. I get it all the time at Wendy’s Windermere. They didn’t include any spoon, fork, catchup or napkins in the bag. Going home I notice that I got a number 1 instead of number 2. Didn’t go back to complain again. Very unprofessional service!! Never going back!!! I’ll drive to Wendy’s Windermere 100 % of the time from now on!!!
