Went for a quick supper bite here, ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals, Fries were barely lukewarm and limp, made well before we ordered and the sandwich was warm at best. The staff were not very interested in first taking our order and not very friendly. This I would consider the worst Wendy's in the Edmonton Area. Not sure how it is getting so many (wink wink ) positive reviews (Relatives??)

Today I purchased a Baconator from Wendy’s along with a strawberry lemonade, and I had a great experience both with the food and the customer service. The Baconator was delicious—two juicy beef patties stacked with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, all held together by a soft bun. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and perfectly balanced, a great complement to the rich burger.
The customer service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and quick. They served my meal promptly and with a smile, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, the combination of tasty food and warm, efficient service made my Wendy’s visit a very positive one.

Today I tried a spicy chicken combo from Wendy's, and I'm genuinely impressed not just by the food but by the outstanding service provided by the employee noor, greeted me warmly and served everything quickly with a friendly smile. The meal was freshly prepared. The chicken was hot, crispy. I really enjoyed it.

Food ordered via Skip. It arrived and EVERY ITEM WAS GROSS. Chicken was dry and cold. Burger was disgusting, vegetables were awful and practically unrecognizable as food. Fries were cold. Poutine was gross. HOW CAN YOU SCREW UP FRIES AND GRAVY? Skip gave a partial refund but it’s obvious that this location does not care prvare incompetent or probably both. Dave would be ashamed of this whole setup. Avoid at all costs unless you like diarrhea and wasting your money.

Can't recommend this restaurant as quality of service has went downhill consistently. Ordered a chicken sandwich with a Caesar side salad. The chicken sandwich was correct but the side salad was given to me with no salad dressing, no croutons and a spoon to eat it with (a spoon, really).
I've also ordered poutine from this restaurant in the past on numerous occasions and recieved a teaspoons worth of gravy and a dash of cheese curds.
It's unfortunate to see quality continue to decline here. Hopefully management will improve soon.

Terrible drive-thru experience at this Wendy’s. The lady taking the order clearly didn’t know how to converse properly, was extremely slow, and came across as rude. If this is the first impression customers get, it’s not a good one. They should have someone more experienced and friendly handling the front. Won’t be coming back again!!!

Food here continues to be complete garbage . Always tastes old or over cooked . Cold stale fries .. and the service is no better . Constant excessive wait times , rude obnoxious staff . And where’s the “diversity” ? Seems they only hire one demographic .
