I love love love this Wendy's; it's the most consistent best food I've had at a branch. My fries are always piping hot and my juice never watered down. I even started eating the veggies on my burger!😂

I had the greatest experience here today 07/26/25 around 2:40pm! I don’t want to misnspell her name but I believe is maria or something like that she was at the cash register inside and she was absolutely amazing! She had great energy she let me take my time with ordering and when I mentioned how my sprite had tasted slightly off from their machine she offered to remake me one from the back! If I didn’t have to work after that I would’ve cried she was just amazing PLUS she remembered my name and said bye to me when I left. I 100% believe she deserves a raise and employee of the month or something cause I will gladly be coming back if she’s working greatest experience I’ve ever had here! If she sees this thank you girly you absolutely made my day better

BEST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE literally ever!!! pulled up and thought the guy taking my order was one of those AI menu prompts with how friendly he was, then found out you can order the freestyle coke in the drive thru. DONE. AMAZING ALREADY. pull up to the window and the guy lets us know itll be a few minutes because they're making everything fresh and thanks us for waiting, then another guy comes up and asks us each how our night was going with the most chill friendly attitude. I wish i got the guys names working July 21st/july22nd 12AM shift! lol. and the lady working was super fast getting it all together! Thank you guys!

august 2024 - dipped chicken fingers incident
It was a warm evening in Windermere when I decided to try Wendy’s. I’ve had positive experiences with them before, and they were advertising their new limited edition sauced and tossed chicken fingers.
As an avid chicken finger enjoyer, I was expecting regular fast-food quality, yet tasty, crisp brown chicken fingers. I am still scarred from that day.
What was presented to me, were potentially lab grown, artificial chicken that was dipped in an acidic garage juice. (They callled it buffalo sauce)
I always finish my food, or at least 90% of it. I could not swallow a centimetre of this biohazard. It suffocated me with its scent and tasted horrendous.
I have never gone back again.

Terrible customer service. Staff was non-chalant, unfriendly and unknowlagable about simple questions. When asked for change from a $5 bill, was rudely told no by the manager. Burger toppings were measly and of poor quality. Will never return to this location.
Busy place. Sometimes seats are not available. I love the menu ordered by Wendy's. Orders are freshly made and hot.

Food is good , staff is fine, but Wendy’s has had some massive price increases over the last couple years. What was a $9 combo 3 years ago is now almost $16 dollars. You can pay less at a restaurant with a waiter/waitress. Won’t go back anytime soon as the price sets an unrealistic expectation.
