My spicy chicken sandwich was ready fast and hot. Unfortunately it tasted like it was fried 3 times. Very dry.

I had old fries that were re deep fried so much and were like cardboard and taste burnt and my burger was ice cold and the bun was rock hard and the bathrooms were so dirty and very inexperienced staff .

Dissapointing, and singular piece of wilted lettuce and one sliver end of tomato, took 10 minutes even tho I pre ordered on the app.

We were there November 1/25 at 5:30pm waiting in a long line to order and one of the employees cut in front of us in the line (family with child). She was wearing a black jacket with hood pulled up around her head and glasses with a tote bag she ordered a poutine and got 50% off with her employee discount. Then she went to sit near the window with her poutine. There was a long line of families and seniors of 7 customers waiting to order. We decided not to order and leave as this was extremely rude of a Wendy’s employee. We were there to check if this location had a toy we were missing in our collection and to eat dinner. AVOID THIS LOCATION if you are a family, senior or just a customer. AWFUL customer service!!!

Lettuce on both burgers were old and almost completely transparent. Made us not wanna eat the food at all. The chicken in my sandwich was white and soggy. Nothing was made fresh or held for the proper amount of time. I drive 2 mins home after picking up my order and was very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ate a spicy chicken burger from this place and it gave me food poisoning, reading thru the reviews it sounds like other people have also got food poisoning from there chicken. This place should be shut down.
It was not a good experience with this restaurant. I got food poisoning, which was very unpleasant. I do not recommend it.

The food and service is very questionable depending on who's working. Since the change in ownership and the obvious change in employees, the work ethic just isn't there. I've had great food before but today was really lacking and the training needs to be better. I received cold food today in the drive thru. Leave and reach into a bag with cold fries and unable to do anything about it because I have to get going to my destination. It ruined the whole experience so much I deemed it necessary to write something and tell patrons to go to another restaurant, it's just not worth the gamble anymore.

Two years later, I am updating my review because it has gotten worse at this location. Every time I order, something is missing but today I looked like someone actually stepped on my burger. I regret not taking a photo.
It is so frustrating when you order food and some of it is missing. This is not convenient because who is going to drive back for a $3 item?
