Customer Service is very bad. Managers have bad attitude. When I called to ask why I never got the baked potato. They said i was a fake caller when I go to this Wendy's all the time. Not going there anymore. People should goto another Wendy's by millwoods town centre because this people can't even talk to the customers right and they like to treat customers bad. Also they hanged up the phone today. Whoever that India girl thinks she is. The head office needs to do better with these workers who makes these people the managers when they can't even talk to the customers right. To all the customers, try to take your business another place. One Wendy's is on 66st & Argyll Road Nw Edmonton and another one is in Millwoods Town Center.Thank You & Have A Great Day.

Doesn’t understand instructions repeated my order 4 times and still messed up proceeded to give me wrong order and got mad at me saying i told her that i wanted a lemonade when i clearly repeated 4 times i wanted root beer and food wasn’t warm was also very dry and hard to chew.

2 lunches in a row (yesterday and today). Yesterday, my total was $13.15! I gave the girl $23.15... she gave me back $9.95... IN CHANGE! I demanded $10 in bills. She seemed annoyed that SHE WAS WRONG.Next day (today), I ordered a crispy chicken ceasar salad and a baked potato. I asked for a receipt. I was told that it was in the bag and guess what? it was not! The chicken was SPICY CHICKEN and not crispy chicken. My potato looked like it was dropped on the floor and then put into the container. I couldn't eat the salad and I was iffy about eating my potato. Ya, I'll opt for a different location for the rest of my lunches.

I don' t know why but the burgers here are not as good as other franchises .Maybe because the meals are not fresh , hot .....Also there was a vagrant bothering me for money , then food INSIDE the restaurant.
