I have been to this Wendy's location three times in the last year and evey time it seems to get worse The first time I waited over half a hour before any of the employees would acknowledge that I was in line. It wasn't that busy. I finally walk out. The second time i ordered a jr bacon cheese and they got my order wrong. The last and final time I got my order checked the bag and the male employee was give me attitude for checking and they still got my order wrong. This has to be the worst Wendy's location in Edmonton in my opinion.
So I guess lunch time on May 12 yesterday was the very best time to clean out the storage room over by the order counter. And it seems the best way to clean the storage room was to make so much noise for 30 minutes that customers in the dining area could not even carry on a conversation together, that makes sense. Also please make a policy that all staff must be able to communicate in english, a staff member smiled and walked away from me when I asked a question without saying a word, because she didn't speak english.

I placed an order on Uber Eats for a grilled chicken wrap, nuggets, cheese fries with onions, and nachos with onions and paid extra for sour cream mayo and ketchup. I received no grilled chicken wrap, no sour cream, no onions on either nachos or the fries and not mayo or ketchup. Then I tired to call the store they didn’t pick up. I am very disappointed with the food I ended up wasting $25 plus delivery at this store.
