Please teach the staff how to pack food to go properly. My nacho’s weren’t fully closed and put on its side in the bag and it got all over the place. I understand it’s busy sometimes but I don’t want to have nacho cheese all over my hands because it’s packed improperly.

Not clean! Main counter was filthy and most tables were dirty even though we were the only customers dining in. Men’s washroom faucet barely worked and no paper towel either. The biggie breakfast says includes 3 slices of bacon 🥓 but they were barely 1/2 slices. Most food was served cold.

One of the worst locations in the city. They take forever to get your food just for it to almost always be wrong or the food to be thrown together and cold. Employees barely speak english or care about customers. Have an issue every single time I come here.

Disgusting. Hair in drink. Charged for extra burger. Debit broken and couldn’t understand me asking what payment methods are there. Staff talking to each other and ignoring customers. No receipt given. Tried phoning. Voicemail is full. What a joke. Worst experience ever.
Took 10 mins to understand us, no machine, forgot drink and burger, spent the whole time talking to friends, hair in drink, barely spoke English, double charged us

I have been to this Wendy's location three times in the last year and evey time it seems to get worse The first time I waited over half a hour before any of the employees would acknowledge that I was in line. It wasn't that busy. I finally walk out. The second time i ordered a jr bacon cheese and they got my order wrong. The last and final time I got my order checked the bag and the male employee was give me attitude for checking and they still got my order wrong. This has to be the worst Wendy's location in Edmonton in my opinion.
