The staff that were working in the drive through were extremely rude. Me and my boyfriend were ordering food and i ordered the chill cheese nachos by accident so i asked the girl if i could change it to the chill cheese fries instead and she told me to make up my mind and hurry up. I got to the window of the drive through and her and this other girl were just talking to each other after opening up the window for about 5 minutes completely ignoring us.
I would heavily recommend not to go to this place for anything. Super unprofessional staff.

The owner of this establishment needs to terminate every employee and start over. Been here for 45 min waiting for our order and its astounding the amount of people coming back from the drive through asking for their orders. Even watched like 4 Uber drivers cancel their orders and walk away. I've never ever seen an establishment in such mess. And checking these reviews proves its been a very long standing issue

First, long waiting time for my order. Second, the lady hand me the drinks first, and i’m still fixing it to my car so it will not spill. She told me, “excuse me” already, just like 3 seconds after i got my drinks. I was like in my mind “dude can’t you wait. I’m still fixing my drinks” She stared at me and rolled her eyes at me. She’s staring at me with fierced face. Even if the window is closed already she is still staring at me. Weird, rude and creepy girl. This happened around 12:30-12:50 midnight.

The food is great and they employees are “kind” but.. there’s no concept of food safety here. Just have to warn people… I’ve seen old fries kept in a brown bag aka waste being given to customers that complain they’re short on fries. I’ve seen them drop a cup on the floor and still use it. There was also sauce fingerprints in my plain fries… kinda yikes
I wish I could this place ZERO stars! Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any worse, it surprises me! This place has deteriorated beyond fixing. They ALWAYS get our order wrong! No matter how many times you repeat it. Worst customer service of all Wendy's locations. They really don't care! They will only be sorry when the give someone a bad allergic reaction and are sued! New management and staff are needed immediately or SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!

With so many recent bad reviews, I would honestly just avoid this Wendy's at this point. I have no issues at other locations but this one has the most miserable staff that just seem really angry. The food is really bad, cold, uncooked, messed up orders. It's just an at your own risk situation. I would just avoid.

Maybe getting fussy in my old age but both my wife and I find that Wendy's has slipped considerably on the food prep and freshness in the last few years. It seems to be across the chain as opposed to any one location.
