Couldn't taste any tomato on my chicken sandwich, there was a loonie sized slice hanging in there. The wraps are barely holding it together. Quality is abysmal

Weird they couldn't refund with my debit. They overcharged me and tried giving me a bunch of coins. Left without the refund.

This place used to be one of my favourite places to eat, but it seems like they have switched owners because the burgers have been SIGNIFICANTLY nerfed. I will cut some slack because their apple pecan salad is good, but that doesn’t make up for it. Firstly, the buns are way smaller and don’t have sesame seeds on it now. This might be a minor inconvenience but it further adds onto the nerfs. Secondly, the staff seem to forget to add something onto burgers. Last time I went here (which was a month from writing this review) they forgot to add a tomato slice to my Daves Single. This was very odd considering that on the website for Wendy’s they specifically said that there were supposed to be tomatoes on my burger. So then not putting it on was very concerning for how the staff are trained. The patties are smaller, they lowered how many onions they give you, and honestly, I feel like going to Carls JR is now better for the quality, quantity and the price.

On July 27th around 11:50 am, I ordered a vanilla frostycino because I heard they were really good. When I got it, it was so sweet and chemically tasting I couldn't drink it. I have a big sweet tooth so you know it was bad if i couldn't drink it. I asked for a refund, and they went through the motions and supposedly gave me one, but the refund never appeared on my card and they did not give me a receipt. That is just low.

There is no option for cleanliness and this certainly let both the restaurant and washrooms down, it wasn't busy so it would have been nice if a staff member cleaned off the tables, washrooms and the floor, I had to kick away food from under my seat and wipe the table and seat myself.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Frustrated

I ordered from Wendy’s through SkipTheDishes and paid more than I would in-store, expecting at least the correct order. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The burgers I received has no bacon. Tried to call the store but the number on the website wasn’t even working.

For the price I paid, I expected a lot more care and accuracy. This isn’t the first time either, so it's really frustrating. If you're charging more through delivery apps, the least you can do is double-check the order. Very disappointed with this experience.

Ordered a sausage biscuit sandwich , biscuit was as hard as rock and sausage patty was burnt. Absolutely disgusted anyone would sell this quality of food, will never visit this location again

This location can not get a simple 3 sandwich order correct. Doesn't have a working phone number to call about incorrect orders. And hangs up on customers multiple times without caring that they made a mistake.

The staff were super patient and communicated very well with their customers. The food was great! I always enjoy dunking my fries in a frosty, but I tried the chicken sandwich and was not disappointed. It was a cozy location, and very nicely lit.
