I had to wait 15 mins in the drive through. There was a huge line up of cars and it seemed the staff could not rectify the situation. I asked for a discount for the lengthy wait. And all they gave me was .80 cents. Less then a dollar. Before when fast food meals were $10. I didn't expect much. But now that its $20 for 1 meal I expect a little more.

Watch your money at this location, they've tried to short me on my change a few times now and act like the computer doesn't tell them how much change is due! 2 $5 instead of three and 1 loonie instead of 2 with change. Not hard to get it right!

Absolutely disgusting location . Never coming back here again . Gross gross gross there was mold on my bun and the bun was hard and they still served it to me knowing what they were giving me . Absolutely zero stars yay time to stop supporting these locations as these people don’t care about our junk food there already serving us . Shameful that you turned all these companies into garbage land fills . Zero stars never coming here again absolutely disgusting

This Wendy’s’ location is the one we eat the most. The staffs are good. Last time we got ordered almost $70 breakfast, missing one item I went back and they made up it very fast. Today, we went for lunch. We didn’t know Wendy’s’ kid meal and asked one cashier, she was friendly to show my daughter what they had for now. We ordered it. My daughter was so happy. The baconator is must order dish. It was very busy, only one table we got seats and the chicken strips were the best, hot and yummy.

Food and location were a standard Wendy's experience, but what really stood out to me here were the workers! I didn't get her name, but the lady taking my order was extremely helpful and served with a smile! All the workers were helpful and efficient during a busy rush and when I had trouble with my app and she and the manager were so nice! Great experience!

Is the first time that I've visited Wendy's, the meals were very tasty, but while I was eating, there were flies around my table. It was disappointing because the place looked good and clean, but isn't nice to eat with flies near to your meals.

Couldn't taste any tomato on my chicken sandwich, there was a loonie sized slice hanging in there. The wraps are barely holding it together. Quality is abysmal

Weird they couldn't refund with my debit. They overcharged me and tried giving me a bunch of coins. Left without the refund.

This place used to be one of my favourite places to eat, but it seems like they have switched owners because the burgers have been SIGNIFICANTLY nerfed. I will cut some slack because their apple pecan salad is good, but that doesn’t make up for it. Firstly, the buns are way smaller and don’t have sesame seeds on it now. This might be a minor inconvenience but it further adds onto the nerfs. Secondly, the staff seem to forget to add something onto burgers. Last time I went here (which was a month from writing this review) they forgot to add a tomato slice to my Daves Single. This was very odd considering that on the website for Wendy’s they specifically said that there were supposed to be tomatoes on my burger. So then not putting it on was very concerning for how the staff are trained. The patties are smaller, they lowered how many onions they give you, and honestly, I feel like going to Carls JR is now better for the quality, quantity and the price.
