Food was great, no doubt about it!!Sitting was good too but very poor customer service.Few of us were in line waiting for someone to come take order but I guess they all were busy talking to each other and passing the ball to each other.One lady who must be Supervisor or manager she was on phone telling someone that oh just few guests are there, we are not busy at all don't you worry haha and guests are waiting in line for long wow..Location is convenient to people and easy access to south common, of course you will end up going there after long day shopping but just ready to wait in line. LOL ?Hope this will help your mind to be ready to wait....

Day before yesterday i went to this wendys I normally ask them are u guys hiring the staff i mean girl name harvinder laugh and make fun of me why because i seek for job nd ask them to are u guys hiring if there is no hiring just say straight to us thats not the standard of wendys i usually like food of wendys but thats not standard of staffs and wendys so be respectful every student is struggling to find a job so you dont have right to make fun and laugh on others

Ordered the spicy chicken burger and honestly was the saddest minimum effort burger I’ve seen. Consists of 2 bun haves a squirt of mayo only in the centre small slice tomato half piece of lettuce and chicken I will never order again. Like

Went at 10 40 on a Monday and this place was fully closed. Went through the drive through and the person on the speaker said "we are closed" but all signage states they are open until 2300 (11pm ).

We ordered bacon mushroom baked potato, French toast sticks, and ofcourse, poutine. Everything was good, and we have been to this location many many times now. It is a good stop, after shopping in South common.

I don't know about other people, but for me, if you drop food on the floor, you should throw it right away, even if it's wrapped in foil or plastic. You don't pick it up after a few minutes and put it back in the oven with other food. Then you don't proceed handling food without washing your hands after picking up something that fell on the floor. That's just not food safe. That's what happened today at this location. It's just sad that your staff needs to do that.
