I had a really disappointing experience with this order. I placed a DoorDash order for a large seasoned potatoes and called the store in advance to ask if Swiss sauce could be added. Initially, the staff member told me she hadn’t received my order yet and asked me to call back later. When my driver finally arrived at the store, the same staff member refused to add the sauce altogether.

I clearly mentioned that I was willing to pay extra and even asked if they could charge me directly at the store, but she still refused. This was very frustrating, especially because many other places are happy to accommodate small add-ons like this when DoorDash doesn’t allow it.

The lack of flexibility and poor customer service made this experience extremely disappointing. I expected much better.

Frosty was half melted when I got it, the burger was so over sauced I couldn't even pick it it up with my hands out of the wrapper. Do better.

Nov. 27th @ approx 4:45pm. Cold rubbery fries, cold cardboard spicy chicken and no flavour in the pop... I knowingly go into this location with low expectations due to past experiences but oh boy.... Borderline inedible food. Please re-train or something because your usual mediocre food is now just plain gross. Perhaps you could get guidance from the South Common locations Manager. They have consistently produced very good food. Best of luck.

The black coffee was good, not strong as I don't like strong coffee. I was in the area for heart tests & needed to eat something with fat in it. The 1st time I had the egg n cheese breakfast muffin. Sorry, it was tasteless. The 2nd day I had chicken strips with ranch dressing. The ranch sauce was good. The chicken was ice cold. I didn't have time to get it heated up but I had to eat so I ate it & left. I'll likely not eat at a Wendy's ever again. Sorry.

Went to order and i handed the lady cash at the drive thru and she snatched it from aggressively. Then, when I went to grab my drink I politely told her I asked for no ice and she snatched even more aggressively back and did not speak anything to me during this whole interaction as she was too busy talking to her colleagues in her own language.

Like every other Wendy’s I’ve tried, this one was disappointing. The burgers were greasy, had no real flavor, and the buns were soggy. On top of that, the customer service was terrible — completely inattentive and unfriendly. Definitely not worth the stop.
