PLEASE PUT A SIDE IF GRAVY ON YOUR SKIP DELIVERY MENU. WHAT FAST FOOD PLACE DOESN'T OFFER THAT?? The reason a gravy is important is due to getting the poutine with 3 curds and very little gravy. They use it so sparingly like it's thiers. This was always my go to location but the staff are rude, argumentative and the customer is never right.

The fries is great and crunchy but my Baconator sandwich meat is dry. Seems like been holding it ifor too long.
The condiments area in the lobby are messy and filthy. Not even busy.

This has been my childhood Wendy’s location and has never disappointed. From the days of the classic Wendy’s decor/layout to the renovation in summer of 2024, this is a fantastic Wendy’s. Even at the time of writing this review, they managed to have my meal in the photo ready in under five minutes. Excellent efficiency!
Parking: The parking lot is HUGE. You’ll be fine finding parking.
Kid-friendliness: I enjoyed coming here as a kid, plus there’s a value menu.

was looking for salted caramel frosty, disappointed
Stopped by this location to grab 6 piece nuggets. Went in and was greeted normally when I received my food I headed to my table and upon placing my menu item down 1 nugget dropped from the table to the ground. I went to politely ask if they could provide 1 additional nugget. The cashier went and asked the manager who was a middle aged asian lady. She replied in a very snarky way advising that it was my fault and that nothing can be done. I just walked away. I know it was just (1) nugget but it's the service that counts. Food was not cool-warm and the floor was quite dirty

The manager is a really nice person . I dont know what happened to my app order it didn't reach to there system but I showed it on my phone, and she said sorry I didnot get the order checked twice but after that she saw the receipt and transaction on my phone and gave me the food. This same situation happened to me other wendy's they said call to customer care we can't even thou u paid online but our system don't have any online orders. Thanks again.
