I had that new mushroom poutine the mushrooms were burnt. I had to eat around it and take all the mushroom stuff off. We ordered Frosty’s and we were already finished our food and they were still not ready.

Asked for no pickles and tomatos. They put them on... rather they grabbed a luke warm leftover with pickles and tomatos on it. While I can pick them off the pickles flavor everything due to them being juicy. No receipt given so I can comment to corporate. Not friendly at the window. Watched the manager using his bare hands on food while I waited at the window

Came to this wendys last week and ordered like 4 combo’s and had to wait for a very long time with the worst customer service ever. Last time i came, there was this manager Aileen Lee who was the rudest person in the whole store. But there was only one employee who was very gentle and polite during my last visit in july and her name was MARY SONICO, she’s the best employee of the store but this time she wasn’t there so my experience was even more bad. I hope Mary Sonico works here everyday so the customers will never get bad service.

The hours on Google are wrong, and the hours that is literally posted on their door is wrong. They in fact do not open at 7 am. Either the manager has different plans for what time they should be open, or the employees don't know how to wake up in the morning.

The restaurant is usually pretty clean and the bathrooms too. Considering there are lots of homeless around, they keep the bathrooms really tidy.
The Taco salad is so big, it's a really good portion if you're hungry, or want to share.
Getting dairy free options, like salad with no cheese takes a bit longer but is possible.
Slow drive thru time and time again I saw two staff having a laugh outside though Must be fun to work at Wendy’s!! Paid for my order before my arrival. Food not ready until 5 minutes after.

I love this location! I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best Wendy’s in the city. Staff are friendly with prompt service. They remember you and thank you as you come through. The morning/lunch staff especially. I come through atleast once a week for breakfast (sausage biscuit, amazing) and highly recommend this location! Thanks again
