Order breakfast this morning the bacon breakfast wraps were made with out any care looked like a 2 year old made them . Barely any ingredients Asked for ketchup i order 2 meals and only got 2 ketchup packets for 2 things of patato wedges. I so annoyed with this

I go to this Wendy's daily (whoops). Ray and all of the staff here are always efficient and kind, and I haven't had one error since I started having lunch at this Wendy's.I am a Wendy's addict. This is a great Wendy's. The service is what keeps me coming back daily.

Brutal service at the location of Stony Plain Road and 185st today in Edmonton at around 330pm. Nothing like feeling like you're burdening someone by buying food from their restaurant. Sick of being treated this way here. DO BETTER!!

Food is not good .Nothing is fresh.Don't waste your money here , go somewhere else.Wendy's is a.good restaurant ( this is just a bad location)Where is management?If.your bathrooms are that disgusting , how clean is your kitchen?Think about that .( evening )Your music is turned up so loud, , you can't place an order at the front without yelling over the music.

The Indian guy who I think is the store manager or supervisor. Is soo rude and never smile. This is the second time coming here and he served me . The fries looks burn and I felt like asking for fresh fries but due to the last time my order was messed up and I corrected him he got angry and frustrated. I hate dealing with people like this . The moment I saw him working I wanted to walk away.

Ordered and was standing with app QR code open and facing staff taking order. He never bothered to ask if I had rewards and said I had to tell him I had it. All other Wendys Ive been in ask if I have it. Poor service approach.

The night staff on January 30th was very arrogant and didn’t know basic communication skills or English language. Took wrong order and argued about refunding. And the coffee leaked everywhere because the cup was too full, argued about giving more napkins because she couldn’t understand the reason that why me need more than given. Ruined my day

Bad customer service.. i order a combo and don't give me.. not patient with the clients .. the personal service must be respect and no racism with the tourist.. i have bad experiencie like a tourist and racism comments i heard that.. its a shame because i pay food.. i hope the company talk with their personal

I gave very poor reviews because they are never open at 6:30 am when it says it is. I look though the window and it looks clean though, it would be nice to be able to eat on my way home after work. Very disappointed. I know people are there, they get there at 6 am.

Stopped by for a quick meal. The lobby was incredibly messy walking in. Nearly every table was dirty. Floors had garbage everywhere along with other peoples dropped food.Service was terrible. The supervisor or manager (grey shirt) who took my order was incredibly rude. Then they proceeded to talk to me as though I was the problem, then they went to the back talking with their coworkers about me and the whole situation about what they were asking. Making fun of someone because you're a terrible English speaker isn't very cool.I'm fairy good with accents and can usually distinguish what a person is asking or telling me, but this one I had to ask 3 times because of how they worded it as well has the strong accent they were using.Used cash as payment, and the guy had to look at it thoroughly. If you've ever had that done, it's really rude. It was a 5 and a 10.Should've just went to Edo nearby.Edit: Semi-warm burger. Cold fries. Can't mess up fountain drink.Spend your money someplace else, a lot of options close by. This place isn't worth it. They need some new management here.

The chicken strips and French toast item is supposed to be an all day item. at this location. They seem to cook it whenever they want.
